[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this new refrigerator about 3 weeks to replaced my older one, which was not very efficient. The new one is probably more efficient, but seems to run more than I would expect. The only other downside for me is that the bottom drawers are not deep enough to store much for fresh vegetables and fruit. Also, because my house is 130 years old and the doors are not as wide as newer homes, we had to take a lot of things (doors and other connecting items) off the unit in order to get it into the house (that's just a note for those with older home and narrow doors)

This fridge was provided in the new apartment for seniors that we moved into 2 months ago. The layout of our apartment is such that we required a left-handed fridge rather than right-handed. This puts the light switch on the opposite side of the door so you often turn out the light when reaching in because your arm hits the switch. Unfortunately, the worst part is that the switch is sharp and took a chunk of skin off my arm when I was extracting an item from the fridge. I am still nursing this injury after almost 2 weeks. I will have a lasting scar from this injury. So if purchasing this fridge, do not change the door orientation as it may cause injuries

This fridge has nothing but good shelves.the bottom trays are easy to open and close.no struggling to get them close.Lots of space with the lighting that makes it easier to see.The lights are a very pretty colour but yet strong enough to light everything up to see everything. The side shelves couldn’t ask for anything better. The freezer has different shelves that are both big and spacious to have different items in. The temperature gage is easy to use with digital buttons as well.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The screws at the bottom of the freezer door do not come out and therefore we cannot install the freezer door handle. I have issued a claim to the extended warranty company but they will not honour this defect.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We received this refrigerator through an energy saving program and I would like to commend this program. The fridge that we had was a Whirlpool 33" bottom freezer that we were told replacement was identical. The replacement is what we are reviewing. The freezer appears to create frostbite and the fresh vegetable in the fridge containers barely last a week. The door seal had to be replaced and still not sure that seal is sufficient. There is no light in the freezer and very little room in main fridge. All in I would say that we are very disappointed in this particular model and would love to be able to trade in for something similar to what we had before

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This fridge came with our new house provided by the builder. After two years it started to freeze everything in the fridge section. Since August 18th 2021 Whirlpool technicians have made 5 service visits, they replaced dryer/filter and refilled the system with new refrigerant it didn't help they replaced electronic temperature control unit and temperature sensor and it did not solve the problem. Yesterday they put a temperature recorder in the fridge to understand the reason. We are still waiting with hope that Whirlpool will fix the fridge. It is almost 3 months and we don't know how long will it take.
