[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would never recommend this refrigerator at any price. To anyone, it's got multiple issues. It's got cheap handles which you have to put on the refrigerator self and broke within a year, as well as the shells are made out of either flimsy glass or plastic on the inside of their refrigerator and the freezer is absolutely useless, especially the door. The freezer door side retaining handles. Come out about 3 inches, with it wide open on the bottom of the shelves, so you can't put anything on the door without them. Falling through those retention handles onto the ground. So I've been unable to use the freezer door to store anything at all..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The build quality is trash. The doors are misaligned horizontally. The plastic trim at the top of the freezer door has gobs of epoxy in it. The door seals are already pulling away from the doors. The trim on the door handles is uneven and pulling away from the handles. The damper adjuster in the freezer is so stiff that it's probably going to break the next time I adjust it. Even the Whirlpool badge on the front is crooked. On a brand new fridge! Functionally it's worse. No more freezer light! The volume inside is much smaller. The adjustable split shelves have been replaced with cheap single piece shelves. The temperature adjustment dongle is huge and takes up precious space. The adjustments themselves are too few and give you options of "everything is too warm", "freezer stays around 3-15F but the fridge stays around 40F" to "freezer stays between -15F and 10F and the fridge stays around 28F". The door shelves in the freezer manage to be both much smaller and incapable of holding small-mid sized items. The crispers are a joke. One side is so loose the drawer barely stays in place, the other side is so tight that you need two hands to force the drawer out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my fridge almost 2 weeks ago. I chose this model because it gave me a lot of food storage with 19 cubit feet but it still fit in the space in my kitchen. Also, I love the stainless steel doors. I must add that I did not give it a five star rating for 2 reasons. The first is aesthetic. The top hinge of the freezer door is completely uncovered. You just see this big clunky hinge with bolts. A simple cover would make it look much better. The second is that there is a strange lubricant on the hinges and drawer slides. I got it on my fingers when I was washing it. Other than these small things, I am loving my new fridge and it’s working great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased 2 months ago Freezer light burnt out on day 3. Does not correspond to replacement instructions in book…different fixture. Fridge temperatures range overly broad, currently cools to 33 degrees minimum. Then warms to 46 degrees before compressor switches back on (too warm) using normal setting on thermostat . No thermostat knob for fine tuning…just four settings and this one is the best of the lot. The compressor whines a bit as it builds up to speed These are defects I won’t get into the design disagreements just now…there are many

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dents in edge of door and crease in back. Leans to the left. Only the front has levelers so there is no side to side leveling. I needed to reverse hinges to the left side. Now the door swings open on it's own hitting the wall. Refrigerator light switch is on the right side so it is easy to bump now. No light in freezer. My older / smaller refrigerator had one. Shelf retainer bars are to small leaving a huge gap at the bottom that items fall through. Unable to submit photos to this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a couple months ago. The first issue was it was delivered. The very first instruction in the instruction booklet states to remove plastic film BEFORE attaching the handles and doors. This step was skipped! I now have plastic all around my handles. I will need to unassemble the parts to remove and then reassemble. I am a female and not good at this stuff so it still remains. The other issue is there are 3 temp settings. The normal middle one did not make the food cold enough so I have to leave it at the highest setting which uses more energy to get the desired temp. All else seems to be fine. If I had it to do again I probably would not choose the stainless option as every print shows up on it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just over a month and the seals are coming off. This is unacceptable! They have already given me a gift card for scuffs scratches that were on the fridge when it was delivered. I would have had them bring me a new one had I known this would have happened. I only accepted the gift card because this was the 2nd replacement they have sent me and it was only cosmetic, this is a defect that will make my fridge run harder and cost me more money in electricity.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like my refrigerator the only bad thing I have to say is that one of the trays were broke but overall it's a good ice box gets very cold. But I did get a discount because of the broken tray.
