I work two jobs and this is such a time saver every morning. It's very easy to use and I'm absolutely in love with the little tune it plays every time it's done boiling the water. The temperature is always perfect and it's been very convenient having not 1, but 2 of these boilers around our house. One of them is placed in my office and one downstairs for my family. It has 3 different temperature settings and is good for any kind of tea/coffee. 10/10 recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To say that my partner and I are very, very, happy with our Zojurushi water boiler is an understatement. We both work from home, like most folks who've transitioned to the new normal, and because of that, we've started to miss some aspects about the office that we don't get at home- mainly, warm water available on demand. Because we live in the Bay Area where it's almost always chilly, we look forward to having tea or warm water in the afternoons and evenings - and that's where our Zojirushi water boiler comes in real handy- for hot water any time of the day. We set it up at night and the timer function allows for warm water ready in the mornings. Several temp settings are available (personally big fans of 175) and you can set the temp to anything you desire. It's the MVP of our new WFH life and we couldn't be happier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will keep this short and sweet...if you use boiled water and have been using a traditional water kettle type of product, this Zojirushi will make you wish you would have picked it up sooner. Just having constantly available hot water at the right temp in my house is such a big convenience. We drink tea a few times a day, use it for baby stuff, instant oatmeal, instant coffee sometimes among various other uses. And while it doesn't seem like it would be a necessity, it very quickly became one in my house and I plan on keeping one of these on my counter permanently. The convenience it adds is worth it. The only advice I have is to descale regularly because deposits WILL build up.

We owned an older model Zojirushi Hot Water dispenser for over eight years and now ordering the new model to replace our previous one. We have a electric kettle that only heats water when turned on and doesn't keep the water hot for long periods of time. My husband said "we have got to order a new Zojirushi, because I am getting tired of not having HOT water at my fingertips on a CONSTANT, instant moment." So I put in the order today to buy another beloved Zojirushi Hot Water Pot and can't wait until it arrives at our door! So excited to find the new updates on this model of having a thermal wrap around the stainless steel body and automatically turns off when water level is low.

This is the best water heater I could find on the market. Nice vacuum seal to prevent wasted electricity. Water stays heated and sips very little electricity to maintain temperature. I can feel very comfortable leaving this on constantly plugged in without any concerns of hazar, damage, or electricity overuse! Love this thing, got it just in time for the cold months here!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our third water boiler/warmer. Due to a stomach condition, my husband must drink only warm water, thus our need for this boiler/warmer. We received our first one as a gift from my parents and after that, we were hooked. We're also big tea drinkers and the convenience of having hot water available 24/7 is extremely convenient. You'll never go wrong with the Zojirushi brand because they're the best. We also have 7 or 8 of their thermoses which makes it easy to carry hot/warm water when you're out of the house. I highly rate this product and this is one appliance we couldn't live without.

As a daily tea drinker, this product is amazing. Sleek design, temperature functions that accommodate the variety of teas I enjoy, and so user friendly. Worth the investment if you drink tea multiple times a day.
