I just love this indoor grill. I used it to cook 2 Hamburgers on my counter top in my Kitchen because it was raining outside, and I was unable to cook them on my gas grill outside. There was no smoke at all, and the burgers looked and tasted just as good if not better than my gas grill. It cooked quite fast, and was a breeze to clean after I was finished. I recommend everyone to buy this grill, especially for the people who don't have any place for a grill where they are living. Thank you Zojirushi for having such a fine product.

I purchased this grill several months ago and finally got around to using it during the 4th of July Holiday Weekend. The grill works GREAT!! No Smokiness, no mess and it';s super easy to clean up and my food smelled great and had Grill marks as was cooked to perfection. I did read all of the instructions provided and followed the recommendations. This is definitely a keeper and provides the ability to safely grill in an Apartment and still get that outdoor grill flavor and look!!

Thinly sliced steak (japanese style like for shabu shabu) came out perfectly on the grill. There was some smoking on our first use but as others have said, the smoke seems to decrease over time, and we just turned the heat down as well. Can't wait to try making other types of food on this indoor grill!

The grill is by far the best out there as we have had two different brands. The pick-up at Best Buy is very fast and efficient and I would not hesitate to order anything for pick up at a Best Buy location. Thank you for you service!!

I wanted a simple indoor grill for shish-kabobs, steaks, veggies, breads, etc. This was perfect! Very easy to set up, work with and clean! Heat was more than adequate to get those beautiful sears. Clean-up was especially easy with nonstick surface and efficient design.
