Follow these steps to claim the prepaid Mastercard® for your eligible purchase.

 

1. Buy an eligible Samsung TV from the selection below. Make sure the TV is purchased under your name.
2. After your purchase is complete, visit www.samsungTVrebates.ca.
3. Complete the online form with your details, including your shipping address. You’ll also need to upload photos of your original purchase receipt and the serial number on the TV.

 

 

Be sure to submit your application within 30 days of your purchase date. Once submitted, your application will be reviewed and validated within 5 business days. After your purchase is confirmed, your prepaid Mastercard® will be mailed to the shipping address you provided.
