Overview of dual-channel speaker protection board:1. UPC1237 speaker protection chip dual-channel protection design,

2. Wide voltage design, built-in LM7812 voltage regulator, input working voltage is independent AC12V-AC18V or DC 13V to 24V (DC power supply needs to pay attention to the wiring direction)

3. Use high-current terminal blocks for easy wiring.

4. Each channel uses a relay independently, and the single-channel control current is 30A, which is suitable for output protection of amplifiers below 2000W

5. The designed LED is lit when it is working normally.

Remarks:

1). The relay uses a 30A sealed relay, one channel is controlled by one relay, and each channel is controlled by 30A current. The small board is compactly designed to save installation space.

2). The default is AC and DC 12V power supply. When powered by AC 12V, the two power lines can be interchanged. When powered by DC, it is close to the positive pole of the rectifier bridge.

3) LM7812 is used on the circuit board for voltage stabilization. 7812 is equipped with a heat sink and can be input with a wide voltage. Stable performance.

Please note that the UPC1237 speaker protection circuit is only suitable for ordinary power amplifier boards, not for BTL, digital and balanced output amplifiers, or 1969 and other capacitor output amplifier circuits.
