Installation requirements for the heating tube igniter:

1. The heating element must be protected against breakage by high-temperature resistant metal tubes (iron or stainless steel, recommended thickness ≥ 2 mm). Iron is recommended.

2. The operating temperature of the heating element is approximately 950 to 1050 °C. For optimal service life, a forced cooling fan is not required, but sufficient ambient airflow (20.2 to 2 m³/min) must be ensured to prevent overheating.

3. The heating element must not be powered for more than 3 minutes and must be switched off as soon as the fuel comes into contact with an open flame.

4. Recommendation: Adding a cleaning phase to the automatic ignition program on the control board optimizes the performance and service life of the igniter. For example, a simple cleaning phase, consisting of blowing air with a high-speed fan for 30 seconds before ignition, ensures that the protective tube and heating element remain clean, free of dust and other combustion residues.
