Important notes:

1. After assembly, charge the power bank using a charger to activate it.

2. After activation, fully discharge the power bank first, then charge for approximately 20 hours to fully balance the battery.

3. Only use flat-top 18650 batteries without protection boards. The exterior must be intact; damage to the positive terminal (e.g., peeling) must be insulated. Do not use pointed-tip batteries or batteries with protection boards, or any other non-compliant batteries.
