[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this installed today and it's a major improvement from the stock stereo I had in my second generation Honda CRV. Not to mention the fact that everything is being streamed and I could get rid of all my CDs! It takes a few seconds to pair with the bluetooth but the sound quality is pretty good and from what others tell me, the sound quality on the microphone for phone calls isn't bad either. :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great Alpine quality at an excellent Best Buy price and fast delivery. This awesome unit replaced an old AM/FM cassette radio in a 91 BMW 325i. The installation took about 2 hrs, most of the time identifying the leads from the old wiring harness and shrink splicing them to the Alpine's wiring diagram due to non matching different colors. It worked on 1st power up, including raising the power antenna, pairing the Bluetooth to my Samsung Galaxy, and even setting the display color to match the red lights on the dashboard gauges. Great product tech Alpine and Best Buy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this to replace and older (different brand) unit who’s faceplate was giving me a little trouble after 8 years. This thing made my sound system go to crap. I had to turn gains up all the way on my amps when on my old system I barely had to turn them. Also, it made my subwoofer almost nonexistent, regardless of how high the gain is set or how high subwoofer levels are on the stereo. My settings were all set to zero on my old unit and gain a little less than halfway. Will definitely return and probably not go back to alpine which I thought was supposed to be top notch. Where can I find a quality stereo like my old one?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve read LOTS of reviews for stereos and after all, I’ve decided to go with Alpine! Mainly because they have more positives than negatives! Ofcourse. Easy to install and fits my dash perfectly! I’m very excited and happy with my purchase! Also It’s pretty loud which I love! Music plays great, Bluetooth connects perfectly ! Must read the manual to learn things but thats what manuals are for lol! Hopefully it runs for a long time for me!! Came with wire harness as well!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went to Bestbuy and knew what i wnated. It was actually 15 cheaper then I expected which madw it better. I got set up with the install all the same day. I couldn’t be more happier with how it looks and sounds in my truck. I only needed it to connect for bluetooth to play music off my phone. Its connects right away and i love that i can-talk through the mic when i get calls. Sounds crisp and clear. I’ve purchased alot of things from you all and you never disappoint.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So the Little Microphone that came with this when mounted properly worked very well with the receiver. I drive a 1998 Honda Civic, but I can take phone calls when I drive. There is a bass-boost type function, with fills out the bottom end, if you don’t have a subwoofer. I have mid level 6” speakers in front, and mid level 6x9”s in the back; the Alpine deck definitely improved the sound from the lower range Jensen deck it replaced. The face of the deck is removable, and the ability to change the colors of the already cool-looking face of the deck when lit up. All in all, for $99 this is a great car receiver. The Alpine looks higher quality than all similarly priced receivers I saw. Quite frankly, if you want lots of bang for your buck, this is the way to go. There a lot of other features I don’t use, and it integrates with Pandora as well. A great digital experience with what’re device you choose (probably your phone). No complaints, a great deck.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You can never go wrong with alpine. I bought a cheap unit trying to save money however the haste just wasn’t worth it. As the old saying goes you get what you pay for. This unit is an all around great buy. The price isn’t bad at all. The quality is outstanding. Wish I would of just bought this unit to begin with.

It hooked right up to my Android phone and remembers it when I get in and out of the vehicle. It works wonderfully. And I really enjoyed the way it's able to be customized with sound and the colors on the display.
