Great service. The selection tool made it really simple to find out what battery goes in what UPS and the delivery was fast.

Very happy with the product - I have six APC UPS's of various sizes in my home. But I am never happy (4 stars instead of 5) with your shipments of replacement batteries because you always leave me "in limbo": while you promptly acknowledge my order, you then transfer it to a "fullfillment partner" who is a mystery! No acknowledgment, no tracking, no further communication at all, and I am left to wonder when or if my replacement battery will ever be delivered! Surely you can do better? Why can't you have your "partner" continue to keep your customer apprised of their order's status (e.g., when it is shipped), and even a tracking number? Is that too much to ask?

It really should be possible to open the existing UPS, disconnect the connector, slide out the old battery, slide in the new battery, reconnect the connector, and close up the box. It shouldn't be necessary to perform surgery, take apart the old, 2-battery assembly with bridge piece in between, figure out how to take apart the new battery and connect it together using the old bridge (since new one was incompatible), squeeze it all together and retape new battery assembly, hoping you got it right when you plug it in for the first time. It does work, but after an hour of watching Youtube videos and wrestling with it, I never expected to get it back together correctly.

Excellent, modular , slide in and out, was so easy to install replacement. The first battery lasted us about seven years. This backup keeps my wifi Up and running through many brown outs, what more could you want. During full outages we have almost two hours of cable tv with it.

Amazing product for power back up for BiPAP machine. With the 1500 and the side by side battery it covered 800 minutes or backup during unnoticed outages while asleep.

This review is for an "APCRBC124" uninterruptible power supply (UPS) battery. The battery arrived fully charged, well packaged, in a timely manner, and ready to go straight to work! This battery replaced a battery that had been used to support my home network infrastructure. That battery was 10 years old when it died! For perspective, they recommend you replace these batteries every 3 years. I use APC UPS on ALL my sensitive electronics now, including the home entertainment system.

The battery shipped very quickly and since I paid the premium shipping I got it the next day. I needed it. The instructions included with the battery didn't apply to my APC model at all. Some of the illustrations seem to show loading the battery through the front with the display panel assembly removed and the illustrations looked very much like my APC model. Fortunately I didn't try ripping off the front panel, I fully disconnected the unit and then turned it upside down to find the access door and laid it on its side to do the battery exchange. Also, what do I do with the old battery ? Don't international ROHC regulations call for recycling it ? Several years ago when I replaced the battery in a smaller APC brand UPS, the instructions told me how to return the old battery to APC for proper handling.

Product arrived on time in excellent condition. It was easy to install and works perfectly. I have been using the battery for over a month now. I am using it for my personal use. Price was reasonable. I would recommend the product. My only concern was how to dispose of the old battery. I received a code and label from the company and brought the old battery to a local UPS store for mailing without cost. I appreciate the help that I received from the company.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this battery on 11/22/2018 and as of mid October 2019 it has been failing the APC scheduled and manual battery tests. A battery should last a minimum of 2 years especially since I've had very few power outages to drain the battery and it's life cycle. Being a technical person with 40+ years experience with UPS systems, I'm not impressed. I can't say any other supplier is better though. You might pay more and get the same poor results.

When I buy anything I want it to be the best ever, the best you can get! This battery is the best ever. PERIOD! I've been watching this battery and it's the finest! The best deal for real on what you can get for your money. I'm sure there's something better but for now I can't find anything that can come close to this battery!!!!!!!
