I purchased these in store and I checked out. A lot of YouTube videos and people that purchase these and reviews and looked at reviews on AirPods Pro two I’m very happy I went with the 4 th generation ones . Comfort level is amazing. The noise cancellation. It’s very impressive if you put them beside the pro two. I highly recommend buying the AirPods 4 generation with noise, cancellation is it worth going to the pro second generation for $90 more? I don’t think so. The 4’s do an excellent job .i would take these over the pro 2 any day .

While the new features of the airpods are cool, like the noise cancelling, and transparency. The conversation mode always took a while to activate and was more inconvenient than anything. No sound control on the ear buds. And i found the shape started hurting my ears after a while. Decided to return them and stick with my Pro Max’s.

The technology in these is jaw dropping and they sound fantastic. However, if you have even one muscle in your head, they will not stay in for more than 2 minutes without constantly stuffing them back into your ears. I had Airpods 2 and they were fantastic - this is very different. It doesn't matter how you insert them. It doesn't matter how clean and oil-free your ears are. It doesn't matter if you add third party sleeves to make them stick better. They are designed to squirt out at the slightest movement. I failed to reinsert one once because I waited a minute or two without touching them - and now I don't even have a pair. It's gone for good. I'm never buying Airpods again. This is the stupidest thing ever.

I’m so glad I bought this. AirPod 4 ANC is the best and most comfortable version Apple has made. The AirPod Pro 2’s tip falls off easily my ears. This AirPod 4 ticks all the boxes - comfortable and stays secured in my ears and the sound is deeply rich. Apple has done a great job on this.

Where do I even start with these? I've used AirPods since the first generation came out. Then upgraded to the new ones and then finally to AirPod Pros because those were the first ones that came out with ANC. But it wasn't all sunshine and rainbows with AirPods. I had more problems with them than any other headphone I ever owned. Luckily there was a solution: Beats Fit Pro. They were the cheaper AirPods Pro, had the wing tips for secure fits and had almost everything else the AirPods possessed. I had these for years, never any issues, my FAVOURITE IN EAR HEADPHONE of ALL TIME. That was until I learned about AirPods 4 with ANC. Note I've only had them for maybe a week but I couldn't be more pleased with the ANC, how they sound, how they fit in my ear. Everything is a 5 Star!! These sound just as good as AirPods Pro and are cheaper so I HIGHLY recommend these to anyone wanting to purchase AirPods that don't break the bank. The Conversation Awareness feature on these is cool too. You no longer need to take out your headphone to have a conversation. Once you start talking, the music dims and you can hear every word that is said when having a chat. The comfort is there too, they don't make my ears sore like other headphones with the silicone tips like the Pros. I could just rave all day about these but I don't know what else to say except these are by far the best AirPods I have ever owned!

These new Airpods are just ok. The sound quality is quite good and I appreciate the Noise Cancelling capability but the functionality of these are just no where near what I would have expected for the cost, in many ways they are worse than my AirPod 2s! They have eliminated the tap function to change songs, replacing it with the need to squeeze the unit, which is a huge downgrade in my opinion. Squeezing the unit is not intuitive or easy to do, and often results in the airpod falling out of my ear.

I purchased this for my daily working. It is so great for Iphone, very smooth to be connected. A single charge can support 3 - 4 hours of use, and can be charged within one hour in that tiny little case and working another 3 - 4 hours. Great for commuter or working use. Sound quality may not as good as Sony XM5, but it is much cheaper and very convenient! If you are looking for an earphone for daily commuting use, this is the perfect one!

I clearly asked the salesperson if this product was brand new, not refurbished or open box, and he assured me it was 100% new. But when I connected it, the device name appeared as "AirPods Saman", which means it was already paired with another device. In fact, it auto-connected to my wife Mahdieh’s phone! This is not a new product. I feel deceived and very disappointed. I expected better transparency and honesty from Best Buy.
