Built-in sensors track heart rate, blood oxygen trends, sleep, steps, estimated calories, and daily activity. Results sync by Bluetooth to the Smart Health app, where you can review patterns over time without a mandatory subscription.

Wear it overnight to record sleep duration and estimated deep, light, and REM sleep stages. The app organizes your records into easy-to-read daily trends, helping you better understand changes in your sleep and activity routine.

Made from stainless steel and smooth epoxy resin, the ring combines a slim rose gold finish with a comfortable design for day and night use. Its IP68 water-resistance rating helps protect it during normal everyday water exposure when used according to the manufacturer’s care instructions. Gesture control also lets you trigger the camera shutter on a paired compatible smartphone.

The 20 mAh rechargeable battery provides approximately 3 to 5 days of use and recharges in about 1 to 2 hours. Actual battery life may vary depending on settings, usage, and other conditions. The ring connects to compatible devices running iOS 8.0 or later or Android 5.1 or later.
