Have not had a chance to use speaker phone option but phone line will remain engaged even after I have hung up the phone. To unengage the line, I have to push the line button before I lift up the receive again, then release the line button and hang up again to disengage the line. This is a problem because it means that our clients can not get through to us as the line remains occupied when it shouldn't.

Huge mistake--- sound quality is terrible and most people assume I have them on speaker phone when they call--- a huge negative as your clients will think you are being arrogant.

Phone looks great and has many good features. However, phone kept cutting out; frustrating for both parties. Returned the phone twice because of this. Would not recommend.

Very disappointed as this phone looks nice and had decent reviews. Had 2 teleconferences on speakerphone, and no one could hear me. Not clear, kept cutting out. Returned the phone.

Problems with hands-free speakers, cutting in and out, power failer caused blank screen and disabled all functions. Would not buy another AT&T product.

This phone works perfectly with Wantek 2.5mm Wired Telephone Headset, Mono with Noise Cancelling Mic (F600J25), which I have to wear it all the time during Business hours. 99% of the home does not offer a 2.5mm Headset hole, plus I don't want to keep routing the Company virtual line to my cellular phone which keeps draining the phone battery.

A good phone for the money, but it lacked some features my 20 year old phone had. Not good at deleting calls, or warning when a voice mail message is present.

This is a good product, but the LCD screen degrades over time so that incoming phone numbers etc. can no longer be read.

I bought this phone because I was looking for one that didn't have an answering machine. Even though I only use one line, I am happy with the large numbers and other features like the call history, speed dial and speaker phone. Price was good for the quality of phone. I only wish the display was a little larger and was lit up all the time. I would recommend purchasing this phone.

I tried everything, different phone jacks, calling both my service provider and the phones help line. Nada, no dice, didn't work for me. Phone itself looked awesome, but just didn't work. SUPER disappointed because it is EXACTLY as pictured and perfect for the office. Sorry about the negative review! Wish it would have worked for me!!!!
