The space between the Burner and Grate is more compare to the BTU of the Burner, hence it takes more time to heat. Previous GE Profile Stove that I owned had a better gas efficiency. The sides of the Gas range are not completely covered with the Black Stainless steel. Since it remains sligtly out of the Cabinet - Bosch Gas Stove loses its pristine look. I was disappointed in my purchase after being an ardent fan of Bosch Appliances. They have done a Good job on providing the Counter Gap cover on the side but it would have been better if they had provided the gap cover for the back too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Bosch gas range is one of the best ranges I’ve used. Burner flame control is great, Oven temperature is pretty accurate, and consistent. I have not used the warming drawer yet but looking forward to it. And it looks great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With Bosch you know exactly what you pay for. The design is clean and elegant. You can both TASTE and SEE the difference in the food you prepare. My homemade kale chips used to come out brown out of the old oven. With this one it stays green!The convection roast is amazing. The veggies are always crispy and golden brown. The broiled fish is juicy and flavorful. The warming drawer keeps the food warm without overcooking it. The oven timer shuts off the appliance when time is done, so you can not burn you food if you fall asleep :) There is a separate kitchen timer which is also handy. This appliance is truly a must for the cooking enthusiast.

The cooktop is tough to clean and easily scratches which one can see easily on a black surface after repeated scrubbing The only really usable burner one is the center one (it's the one we use 90% of the time). All others are ok for simmering but take forever to boil and are impossible to sear with. I'm not sure if there's something wrong with the regulator but just feels underwhelming. Also, just after a year after purchase, the oven igniter failed. Was a hassle to deal with (on Thanksgiving). Overall, expected better quality from Bosch. We want to like it but there isn't much to like and have doubts it will hold up well in the long run.

The small details such as the oven racks don't tilt down when pulled all the way out. The efficiency of the 5 burners all the way to how it bakes. The biggest thing that shows the quality is that when cooking in the oven even at 425 the oven doesn't heat up the house. That's how well sealed and insulated this range is. The best I've ever had and will never buy anything else.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 800 Series Range is the BEST range I hae ever had and I have been cooking for over 50 years! It definitely is a professional range. Each eye can be adjusted to any temp you need. The heat is such an even heat and cooks so uniformally, that I have not burned anything on my pots since I have been cooking on it! The oven also cooks very evenly. I have now had the oven for 9 mouths. My only complaint, ( it is not bad enough to take away from all the good!) is the gas oven does not brown as evenly as my electric oven did. I would definately recommend this unit to anyone who loves to cook!!!

The oven bakes perfect every time and the heat seems to be evenly distributed. We just started using the gas range and we are very happy with the gas top cooking. Also, the clean up is very easy on the gas top. We can't say enough about how much we love our Bosch gas range! The quality is outstanding!

We love the fact that it has the overlaps on each side to cover the gap that is typically between countertop and range - now with that in mind, having this nice solution, why the heck is it constructed with a gap on the front over the control panel where all kinds of stuff can fall into?

Love the pizza mode and convection roast setting eliminates the need for our counter air fryer. We chose to place our range in our island, paired with a pop up down draft, and are so happy with our choice!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love that there is no back and more accent to the backsplash and that it cantilevers over the countertops to keep particles from falling to the side! Very easy to clean and maintain and love that it has a fifth burner cannot wait to buy accessories for it!
