[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far we really like our new refrigerator. We like how you can customize the shelves and that the ice maker is in the freezer and not the door. Only thing I wish we’d know was that you have to hold down the water button to continue to fill your cup but that’s not too big of a deal. Fridge is a great size and is very well lit on the inside. Definitely would recommend. Shoutout Kavi & Jared for the install/delivery!

What I love about it: -Super quite -Both the Fridge and the Freezer are spacious -The bulbs inside light up the fridge really well. My preferred setting is 3 -The temperatures are adjustable by degrees and can be made to keep the fridge really cool. -This fridge truly does prolong the freshness of your fruits and vegetables! Strawberries, cilantro, Celery, parsley... you name it. -Finally, this machine just looks beautiful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge is beautiful, seems to be working great, but has some disappointing aspects to it. Initial setup was frustrating, for the price you pay, you'd expect Bosch to use some higher quality tape for packaging. We spent an hour cleaning up tape residue before we could even use it. If you skimp on that where else do you skimp? Besides that, the seams around the fridge doors was separating at all four corners. Another disappointing point given the price and supposed quality of Bosch. The shelves are nice and sturdy, but the drawers are finicky and feel like cheap plastic. For now everything functuons well. The fridge is quiet, and the instructions provided are helpful. We'll see how it does.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I changed all of my appliances to 800 series bosch. I'm thrilled with all of them. I'm really glad to have black matted stainless steel in my kitchen. It brightens my kitchen. Also, my fridge is counter-depth, but it has an ample amount of space inside the fridge. And it connects to the homeconnect app and I can control settings and it lets me know if the door is opened for a long period. I highly recommend bosch appliances.

Maintains temperature, super cool is amazing, and the remote functionality through the app is great for when kids leave the door open and my phone lets me know. However, three major issues related to longevity. 1. the door seals. The design on this French door has the top and bottom of the left side door seal taking a beating every single time it's opened and closed. Over time, the top edges begin to break and crack off, the bottom right behind it. This leaves you huge gaping holes where you have no insulation. Replacement pieces are ridiculously overpriced. 2. The middle bar. The top of the middle bar has a spring and aligns into a track to guide and secure the right door closed. This spring loaded piece is junk. Held in with cheese little plastic roots, it was the first thing to break off and required some engineering for me to rework it and get it to work. 3. The bins bend and don't close securely. From just opening and closing them from the middle, they bow out. Stupid design, cheap materials.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my refrigerator a little over two years and had to replace the ice maker within the first year. Luckily it was just within warranty. The rubber seal on the left door tore within a year. It doesn't seem to affect the seal, but it should las tmore than a year. The two vegetable drawers have warped slightly so they don't close with a tight seal anymore and the front clear panels have started to cloud. The drawer also catches on the right hand door's panel that covers the center gap between the doors. For the price this shouldn't be happening but it's out of warranty so I'm living with it. The styling is great otherwise but I'm not expecting this to last as long as I'd expect for such a pricey unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are so happy with our purchase of the Bosch 800 Counter Refrigerator. The design is sleek and goes well with our kitchen cabinets which are also a sleek, straight line type design. The counter size fit perfectly into our space. The capacity and function is great. Has a nice holder for eggs, butter, even bottles. The freezer has 3 drawers with the top drawer being thinner than the two below it. The small ice-balls/cubes are great. I didn't want a refrigerator with the bulky ice machine on the inside and this one fits the bill perfectly. Remember, counter refrigerators have a bit smaller capacity than non-counter, so this is something to keep in mind.

The produce drawers keep herbs, fruits and vegetables way longer than any other refrigerator we have had, which is one of the most important things in a fridge. The lighting is amazing and really showcases the entire fridge. Freezer has more than ample storage, once you get used to organizing everything properly. Only negative we have experienced is the water dispenser inside the fridge is plastic where you push to get the water to dispense and it has cracked after only using it for 4 months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the overall performance of this refrigerator. The amount of interior space is optimized without modifying the standard physical space. The drawers and adjustable shelves are sturdy while allowing customization to your needs. The refrigeration is powerful, and with the various settings at the top of the frame, it's easy to increase/decrease temps to your choice. The freezer section is very well designed with the multiple sliding trays and the compact ice maker. It's really nice how you can slide these in and out so larger items can be placed in the bottom but still be easily retrieved without tight adjustments. LOTS of ice can be collected in its tray...very nice for large families! The unit's monitoring system is a wonderful addition to insure the doors are properly closed. Either through the fridge and/or your mobile app, you're alerted when the doors aren't closed fully...this is especially helpful with the unique right upright door with its hinge seal bar. It can take some time to get used to closing this door, but this monitoring system sure helps get you into the habit. We have only a few of minor quirks with this refrigerator and that deals with: – water dispenser that's inside while nice is quite shallow and powerful, so often the initial water blast sprays out of your cup. Practice makes perfect here, but still an issue. – The freshness apparatus for the crisper drawer is not well designed for adhering to the crisper wall as instructed. The adhesive is just not strong enough and within a week, it was constantly falling off the side. We just now lay it to the side within; hopefully, it still does the job. – The other crisper drawer (left) does not fully close flush to the main frame; it's slightly skewed and leave a small gap open to the drawer area. I've reinserted the drawer a couple of times but no change. Again, these are minor issues compared to the overall performance of the fridge. It just feels powerful and dependable. The exterior is a beautiful, subdued brushed silver that doesn't show nearly the handprints our previous silver fridge did. Overall, this is a great refrigerator!

This fridge is Counter depth and requires 36 inches wide opening as per specification given. We have 39 inches wide opening. The doors are designed to open beyond the fridge which is 35 and 5/8 inches. The doors are hitting the sides. In reality you need almost 40+ inches opening to be used as counter depth. This fridge can only be stored with 5 inches out of counter depth as picture attached. This is totally misleading defined as counter depth and customers pay higher value for counter depth. Bosch approved techician was also unable to resolve the issue and was unable to explain why is this fridge counter depth.
