Excellent heat & control from the quartz heat elements. Great job coming to temp & holding it. Lots of presets, and it automatically sets to the last time & temp you used. Practically impossible to clean. Cheese drips off pizza leaves a permanent mark. Other than toast, I've taken to wrapping everything & placing it in the pan to ensure nothing drips or stains. I went in with the mindset of buying an oven, a long term food prep tool I can keep clean. I should have considered the idea of a disposable item, since I cannot clean it like an oven.

Giving it two starts because I did enjoy using the toaster over. It's one of the more aesthetically designs and functioned decently well (you have to tinker to find the best location for the toasts otherwise it doesn't toast evenly. Mainly used it for toasting bread and making pizza, never used it for poultry or meat due to the size limitation. I've had the oven for just over 2.5years and unfortunately it has become useless, when plugged in the oven starts and stops automatically and randomly increases the time and temperature settings during cooking. Disappointingly Breville hasn't been much help since the oven is no longer under warranty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this same Breville model about 5-6 years ago and loved it. Unfortunately, I had move and left it with my daughter. I'm in a furnished apartment temporarily and don't use microwaves. I missed my toaster oven so much, I looked online for another. Was so happy Best Buy still carried the same one! It's just the right size for small counter spaces. It heats up to warm leftovers faster than a conventional oven. The timer alarm sounds a little bit quieter on this one but I like it better. It also seems to take a little longer to toast. The only issue would be the plug, it sticks out quite a bit from the outlet, but otherwise, I'm still very happy with this toaster oven.

I grew fed up with B&D replacing my last toaster oven three times because of door failures and burned plastic smell. Breville had great reviews, but it's even better in person. In one word - Quality. The digital settings and timer are accurate and retail precious settings. There are four heating elements instead of two and I can see they are more precisely made than the B&D. Event the crumb tray is accessible when the door is closed. Finally, my favorite feature is the button that reads 'a bit more' to add a bit more time without a full restart. 3X more than a cheap B&D but well worth every penny

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been a great replacement for my old toaster oven. It has a small footprint, which leaves me with plenty of counter space. The various cooking options are ease to read and user friendly. I love that I can add more toasting time by pushing one button. The heating elements are quickly responsive. The shelf that collects crumbs makes it easy to keep clean. Very well designed.

My Breville Mini Smart Toaster oven conked out on me. I loved that little toaster oven and often used it to prepare small meals. So, even though it was expensive, I bought a new one. That new one wouldn't work out of the box so back to the store it went. Interestingly, a week later, my 3-year-old Breville Grind and Brew coffee pot also quit working. I'm not so impressed with the longevity of these expensive small appliances.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great compact toaster oven that heats quickly and works well for toast, small pizzas, and reheating food. The size is perfect for smaller kitchens. The only downside is that it’s smaller than some toaster ovens and doesn’t have an air-fry feature, but overall it’s reliable and easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just love this small one to pieces. I had the previous toaster oven, a pro size, for a long time. This one fits wonderfully on my small countertop space in my small kitchen. It is easy to lift as well. It takes a little longer, for example I set it for an extra 10-15 minutes for baking potatoes. And I cannot hear the bell timer (it is faint even when I am near) when I am away from the kitchen so I have to set a loud timer seperately. It looked so good I didn't want to use it but eventually I had to use it for broiling steaks and chops which is the main function I use it for. It is no longer pristine but such is the way with toaster ovens.
