[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Owned the original Fast Slow cooker for years and absolutely loved it so I recently upgraded to this newer ‘pro’ version and it’s the BEST! I’m loving all the inbuilt cooking times, saving me having to get the manual out and convert times and weights for each meal I put on. This is BY FAR my favourite kitchen appliance especially for those days when I’m busy with the kids and I can throw a meal on and dinner is sorted ahead of time!

I bought this a few years ago and tend not to use anything else. The pressure cooker function makes chuck steak melt in your mouth. Particularly helpful now that I am caring for someone on a soft diet due to MND. The pot doesn't do well in the dishwasher and I have replaced one seal but otherwise have had many delicious hot pots, roasts and rice dishes in this machine.

I bought this in June 2020 and have used it maybe 5 times - why? Because it constantly has “lid not sealed” issues. I regret upgrading from my trusty “Multichef” and wish I never bought this item. It’s huge and takes up so much space. It looks nice, but it’s so difficult to use and the cleaning is cumbersome. I like making mushroom risotto and the inner rubber seal smells constantly of mushrooms even when I’ve soaked it in dishwashing liquid for hours. I’m pretty good with electronics but this is an awful product. Very disappointing because I’m a big fan of Breville and usually love their products. Now I don’t know what to do with it.

I own this for years and I cannot wait to get rid of it. The non-stick coating at the bottom of the pot comes off and also stains. The lid is very inconvenient to take off after each use to wash. The rubber seal around the lid always comes loose. It takes a long time for the pot to come to pressure. When the steam is being ejected from the opening it is very loud and sometimes spits out liquid on the vent hole. Its well made in terms of construction. But choice of material for the internal pot could be better and not made with non-stick material. I am better off with a lower priced competitor brand pressure cooker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this cooker So much. I love that I can fast cook my dinner when I'm in a rush. Everything I've cooked in it from dinner to desert, using the included cook book, is so delicious. It's easy to clean and looks Super smart. The only minor down fall it has is that it sometimes doesn't seal properly the first time on the pressure cook. Buy that's probably me not setting it up properly and honestly I love that the safety features don't allow it to keep cooking unless it is properly sealed. This cooker is most definitely worth the price. I have recommended it to All my friends. I only wish I had the funds to deck out my entire kitchen with the Breville range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use our fast slow pro all the time. Especially in winter - curries, soups and stews are super simple in it. I love the searing and sauté settings; I can get that browning on meat for more flavour. Having pressure and slow cook functions is a godsend. We use both of them equally as much. Oh and bologese and taco mince we bulk make in it so we have easy weeknight meals the kids love. So easy! In summer when we’re doing more more stir fry meals, we do perfect rice in the fast slow pro using the pressure function. We even take it with us on holidays, it’s the best kitchen helper! Even baked cheesecake in it turned out so good. Stop reading this and just go buy it!

We had this for a couple of years now, I notice the bottom of the inner pot coating has been peeling. It make me wonder if the pot is still safe to use? Quick look at other brand they have stainless steel inner pots that come with the cooker or to purchase separately. Even Braville’s new BPR680BSS fast slow go pressure cooker has stainless steel inner pots now. So I would strongly recommend Breville to make such option available plus my wife’s always find it inconvenient having only 1 inner pot...

I have to say that I am IN LOVE with my Breville appliances. We bought the Smart Oven Pro late last year and it was love at first sight. Based on that experience, when we needed to replace our pressure cooker, I didn't even consider another brand and we purchased the Fast Slow Pro. It is fantastic. This is the third pressure cooker we have bought over the last 15 years or so and it will be the last! Beautifully made and with lots of great features, it is head and shoulders above anything else we have had. I am just hoping to have the money one day to get the Control Freak and my life will be complete!

We have had our Breville Fast Slow Pro for a few years now. We bought it mainly for a slow cooker, to make casseroles, hot pots etc. We soon found out that it is an amazing rice cooker! The rice is always cooked perfectly. The slow cooked meals we make are delicious also. It is very easy to operate, (even I can do it). Very easy to clean up and pack away. When it wears out, we'll definitely get another!
