I agree with BobJake, This products only lasts for a couple of weeks before I have to replace the drum. This product doesn't even deserve 1 star but I'm giving it 1 star because it did work initially with no issues. Being that this is a business and we need to print quite a large number of pages, it is imperative that we have a printer that can last for more than a couple of weeks before having any issues. We have purchased 3 Brother Printers within the last year and have been disapppointed each time. We now have decided to purchase another printer and I can assure you that it won't be a Brother printer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Putting this new drum in our Brother printer bought in the year 2012 is almost like having a new printer!

I've been a Brother customer for a couple decades, but no longer. The drum unit (which is nothing more than a container for a cartridge, no printer science required) costs three figures and even with a larger cartridge produces disappointingly few copies, each going out of service in a couple weeks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This works great in my Brother printer. I print a combination of print and graphics, so I only get about 1500 pages from one cartridge, not the 2100 they indicate in their review. I've had no problems with them.

Have had our HL-2270DW for almost 20 years. It just keeps going and going! After changing out the drum unit, it's ready for many years more! Just what I needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a replacement genuine Brother DR420 drum for my printer. The drum was cheap but best of all the quality of the print and ink is excellent and all worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This printers cost per page is so low that OEM replacement toner is not a factor when looking for replacements. Pages print perfectly. install is a breeze.
