The style of this fridge is all you are paying for. Everything inside is standard and EXACTLY like every other cheaper fridge out there. When I pull out the freezer drawer it feels wobbly and super cheap. The fridge came with a massive dent in the side, a loose screw stuck behind one of the shelf tracks inside, a crooked hinge cover, a control panel that sticks out from the door, and a huge paint blemish on the front. They are charging WAY too much for something that is ALL just style.

Got this Fridge delivered last week and now noticing lots of areas with glue and grease sticking out. Too late to return so make sure you check these. So far the fridge is working well inside - note that I have not turned on ice maker or water line. I’m grateful I got this fridge only a month after ordering it during pandemic but a bit disappointed with the lack of cleanliness.

The fridge came with insulation coming out the top and sides of the right French door. The spray insulation had pushed done if the trim up and was visible from the front. The French doors could not be lined up thusly the handles were not lined up. The door was replaced. The replacement door remedied the insulation issue but it came with interior blemishes that looked like the surfaces were exposed to a corrosive. The replacement door also came with gasket and alignment issues. Waiting on door number three. The fridge is definitely louder than our previous fridge. The ice production is slow. Once the aesthetic failures are resolved the fridge will be really handsome. The interior lighting is brilliant.

This is my second cafe refrigerator so you know I like this appliance. I also have matching stove and dishwasher Functionally I would rate these 4/5 But visually they are all 5/5 I

There is a lot of plastic trim, you have to buy side panels if you don’t want cheap black metal. The water dispenser is just a rubber tube. Also, the fridge really can’t be counter depth because the hinges open out and the door is so deep that it hits your counter top if you don’t pull it forwards. And the finish is very delicate. I do like the layout. But it feels like an inexpensive fridge that they slapped a fancy handle on and increased the price by a grand.

My new cafe refrigerator never stops shaking, humming or vibrating. I’m constantly having to move items on shelves or adjust the placement of the shelves in the doors to try and quiet the intolerable noise. Nothing works for long. I have even resorted to lining some of the shelves with drawer liner foam but it doesn’t help. From what I can tell it just vibrates too much so their is no chance for the numerous parts to have sit quietly like they should. I’m saving up to buy something new. It makes me so sad especially since we bought the corresponding dish washer and stove to go with it. I would also like to mention that the water service is located in a wacky spot that is uncomfortable to access and use and requires that you put both of your arms into the refrigerator to try and push the button and hold the glass. The ice maker doesn’t make much sense either

The trim on the shelves are all peeling. The bottom shelf is poorly designed and everything seeps underneath. I have to pull it apart at least once a month to clean it. Not so easy. Also, the filtered water spout on the left, is so difficult to use. You need two hands at an awkward position to get the water. Not happy with the quality and design of this refrigerator.

We are so happy with our refrigerator freezer and all the cafe appliances purchased. Our kitchen renovation is beautifully enhance with the appliances and the functionality and design of them.

Refrigerator stopped working after one month of being in our new home.

This cafe fridge is equally beautiful and functional.
