- Canon Battery- March 1, 2016
Recently purchased an EOS M3 and always like to have a spare battery. In the past I have bought aftermarket batteries that were cheaper, but in the long run they ended up not holding charges very long and I had to toss them - so now I only buy official batteries from the camera maker and never have problems with how much charge they hold or for how long. Yup, these are not cheap but if you need to rely on your camera working you should buy OEM batteries you can trust. Not worth trying to cut corners in camera battery cost.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
- Must have accesory- September 17, 2016
I purchased a new camera and because the battery life was reported to be limited I purchased a second battery. I am very happy with this decision, the battery life on the camera is better than I had anticipated but since I primarily use the camera while backpacking and have no way to recharge I wanted a back up. With 2 batteries I was able to spend 10 days in the back country and take some video and over 500 pictures. My biggest wish was that canon had a charger that was compatible with solar capability.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
- Decent- November 21, 2020
Decent. Not too much to say about it. I used this with my Canon RP. Depending on what and how you shoot, your time will vary. I never used it for video but I used this for regular shooting and got around 400-500 shoots. Shooting with bluetooth on to get Geotagging drained the battery a lot faster. Its not a bad battery, it is just small so it gets eaten quickly. Also a bit pricey. I wouldn't buy full price. Definitely try to price match.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
