The EOS R5 builds off the powerful legacy of Canon's full-frame cameras, offering next-generation refinements in image quality, performance and reliability. At its heart is an all-new 45 Megapixel full-frame CMOS sensor paired with the DIGIC X Image Processor, delivering a native ISO range of 100-51200 (expandable to 102400). Capture continuously at up to 12 fps with the mechanical shutter or up to 20 fps with the electronic shutter, with Dual Pixel CMOS AF II and 1,053 automatic AF zones featuring Eye, Face, Head and Animal Detection. The EOS R5 records uncropped 8K RAW internally up to 29.97 fps, plus 4K up to 119.9 fps and 10-bit 4:2:2 with Canon Log. 5-axis In-Body Image Stabilization provides up to 8 stops of shake correction. Built around a durable magnesium alloy chassis with dust- and water-resistant sealing, the EOS R5 includes dual card slots (CFexpress Type B and UHS-II SD), a 0.5-inch 5.76 million-dot OLED EVF, a 3.2-inch Clear View LCD II vari-angle touchscreen, and 5GHz / 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity.
