[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This UPS was very easy to configure using the display's menu options. You also have the option to configure the unit through the computer software. I've had it for about 3 weeks now and it's performed well during a power outage. The computer SW is a nice to touch that provides current status and historical information showing the times the house experienced an outage, under voltage or over voltage. Overall I'm very pleased with this unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to keep a 65" smart tv, dvr, sound bar and cable box from having to be reset every time we have a short blackout or brownout, which is frequent here, especially during warmer months. I thought it would keep the TV running for a short period, which it does, but the tv freezes during that time (which may be a function of the cable box, I'm not sure). What it does do well is keeps the power on all of these items on so that I don't have to spend 10 minutes resetting or waiting for things to reset themselves. I'd have given it 5 stars if it could actually keep everything running like normal.

I had my TV plugged into a battery & power outlet and when my wall outlet had an incident where it arced, my TV sparked, smoked and stopped working. Fortunately I had other devices plugged into a different brand of UPS and all of those devices were fine. Cyberpower's support won't even let me file a claim as they only have a voicemail when calling, no response via email or their website.

The protection this one offers is far and above those in the same price range. The online image is not exactly correct as the display seems to be a deeper blue online but is a standard white information on a somewhat blue background. I really liked the bright blue in the photo...however, it sits under the desk anyway so its not that important lol.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a generator powering our entire house when power drops, the bad thing is the 30 seconds power has to be off before it kicks on. This is just long enough for the network to power off and media server. A hard unexpected reboot of the media server is a pain to recover from and this device has been perfect! Keep watching my movies even while waiting on the generator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Because there are so many varieties of this brand and other brands, I had to sort out what was best to cover all my computer devices. This one suited me to tee -- with an attractive case and good visual display of its functioning. The only problem was that the plugs were so close together I had to buy an extension to handle my devices that had transformers.

Everything is working as expected and I should get a lot of power down time if I have a real power failure.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a extreme power surge last month that took out a router, the phone system and even some fluorescent lights! The two servers and switch attached to this were still running! Saved us THOUSANDS!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this one for a small office use. I don't know how long it last but the last one seems to work just fine ( more than 5 years.). Probably should get a new battery but it never fails so far
