[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great charger. Changes my s22 + quickly, if your using qi charging you usually need to remove the case or protector (especially the OtterBox). As others have mentioned it does take a while to charge but it's 20000 mah, so unless you like fires there's no way to charge these mammoth batteries any faster. The tech just isn't there yet. I'm surprised that other people are surprised that it takes a while to charge a 20000 mah battery. If anyone knows the history, or has experience with these in the past, you would know that this battery charges extremely fast but hard to tell because it's a mammoth battery. I don't know about the 10000 mah, but the 20000 is on point.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works as intended and nice port options as needed for variety for charging options. But with such a big battery this thing is heavy. It’s like having to carry a brick but that can charge.I wouldn’t recommend this for use when being mobile like walking around somewhere but more when you are more stationary but away from home with limited options for power.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a reliable wireless charger. It takes approximately 1 hour to charge up to 11%. You rest your phone flat on top of it and press the on button and leave it alone. It has no magnet, so you need rubber bands to wrap around the phone and charger so that they don’t become separated. I used it on a long distance day trip and kept my phone rubber banded to it throughout the day. It kept a 90% charge all day with intermittent phone usage. I bought it to use on camping trips when I knew I would have little access to power. It’s a reliable unit if you think you can live with slow charging time and the work-around of using rubber bands.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, 9 days of having the charger, the charger has been pretty good. However, not great. The NFC doesn’t work that amazingly, and it only charges when there is a big enough draw. Also, the charger doesn’t charge AirPods, or the Apple Pencil. I also don’t know how much of the 20,000mAh battery is useful. It charged my phone from 50% and my iPad from 40% but the little(tiny) LED lights show half battery. Overall, I’m content with the charger but I wouldn’t have spent extra on the NFC one. I would have spent the money to just get more battery size.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great backup battery! Long charge life has wireless charging and several different charging ports and two different usb plugs to recharge the pack. Overall great backup battery to have only slight draw back would be kind of thick/heavy but thats to be expected with this amount of charge capacity also the charge indicator light could be larger/brighter but overall great value!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like it because my charging port was giving me a problem and I needed to charge my phone while in my car. It charges via the phone sitting on top/contact or by a cable. It's a bit heavy, but charges quickly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fast charging and last a long time. Will take a bit to charge its self. Unfortunately not enough juice to charge a laptop like some I’ve seen, but for everything else it’s great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It worked great for about 2 years. Last year in the summer I noticed that the battery got really hot and swelled up. I haven’t used it since then. Seems like a scary hazard to have around. I have multiple battery chargers and it’s the first time I’ve had this issue. I started reading the reviews on here and it seems at least one other person has had this problem. I treated the battery the same way the others, charged until fully charged and use it for my hiking trips. I had this one plugged for a little under 30 minutes when I saw it was swollen. Will add pictures of it once I get some
