I have used it for 2 weeks now. I have a nagging injury on my foot which may be scar tissue. My physiotherapist used a vibrating pulsating device on a similar injury so I thought I'd buy and try the gun. I think it is working as after a week I've noticed improvement for the first time in 4 months. That is why I gave it 5 stars. I think of this treatment I was doing on my foot as different than muscle massage and a bonus . Another key point us that while I have other devices that I don't use I am using this one. It could because it is new but I really think it is the convence of a hand held electrical device that I can use while sitting down watching TV.

I purchased this product just under 2 years ago. It was rarely used, but was well maintained. After not using it for a few months, I attempted to use it but it would not run. The lights would come on and it would show the charge but other then that it would not function. I tried charging it to see if it may be a battery issue but it would still not work. Luckily I had payed for an Geek Squad Extended warranty so I was able to get a refund. Overall the product worked great when it worked, but for it to break with minimal use, that is probably telling to the quality of it, it would have probably broken sooner had it been used more often.

I had a muscle knot on my side of neck. It was very painful. I was trying to use hot pad, doing 30 mins yoga and asking my husband to do light massage at home. The muscle knot was still there. I notice this massage gun is on-sale on Black Friday.Then I decide to get one, after I use this massage gun for 5 mins (30 level), the muscle knot is gone. I'm surprised. The tension around my neck has being release. I still have a little pain now, however, the knot is gone. It may this massage gun helps or maybe all added together helps. Anyways, the fact is my muscle knot is gone. =)

Bought one a few months ago for my son who plays competitive basketball after he tried his friend’s EZ-X. I shopped around and bought the EZ-X too. Didn’t find anything which came close to the quality and features for the price. Looks like a well made product, lots of interchangeable heads, nice range of adjustable settings, easy to use controls, battery lasts a long time, nice storage case. Like it so much that someone in the house uses it almost every day. Bought a second one for my elderly dad recently. He loves it too.

This was bought as a Christmas gift and after about a month of occasional use, started not working as expected. Th EZ-X team responded promptly, after some email discussion and a video of the problem they sent me a shipping label to return the defective product and replaced it. This is THE BEST customer service experience I've had in years. Kudos to EZ-X. The machine itself works really well; great for tired, sore muscles. In particular we use it for sore shoulders due to repetitive (sports) use, stiff back/neck/shoulder muscles and sciatica soreness.

The massage gun showed up sooner than expected. What a fantastic device.Light,easy to hold and use.Nice and quiet.Holds a strong charge for a long time. Really relieves muscle pain and feels like a dreamy massage when administered by someone else,still really great for self serve application.Great light indicators when charging. Overall a really tidy package that has really improved my quality of life. Well worth every penny.I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for this sort of thing. Unlike some products this has lived up to all the advertised claims.

This product stopped working 3 days after I purchased it. The defective unit stopped working while indicating 90% charge, and the green light on the battery indicating that it was not in need of being charged. The device stopped working and went dark. The device was charged for the recommended 6 hours after this with no response. The unit still no longer charges or turns on. I am beyond disappointed with this product after spending a significant sum of money on a product that lasted a total of 10% of its charge. Overall terrible experience.

Honestly charged it as soon as I got it and I can’t stop finding all the points on my body that need TLC. bought this for the purpose of easing my knots on my neck and shoulders and I already feel it’s doing a great job getting to the core. Bought this device on sale and 100% worth it!

I don't review often as well but definitely way better than the leading massage gun, its cheaper and more quiet by (20-30dB) when reaching 1-30 setting and the Theragun is (68-103+dB) ranging from different models and it does its purpose over looks. This massage gun is really great for sore muscles and worth the money than the ones you see and it comes with many different shapes to target areas and deep tissues.

I purchased this massage gun about 2 weeks ago and it has been a life changer. I can't believe it has took me this long to get one. I live with sciatica and this machine has helped a lot. It is definitely great for the price. I could not justify paying $400+ for similar products, I got this one on a Black Friday deal and have not regretted it. The customer service with it was great as well and very prompt. I also love the fact they are Canadian company. You guys rock and I applaud BestBuy for always offering great products in every category.
