The focusing ring allows you to adjust the beam between floodlight and spotlight to suit various lighting needs.For added convenience, its gesture-sensing function enables you to turn on/off the headlamp with a simple wave. The included 1900mAh rechargeable battery provides ample power, and you can also use three AAA batteries for backup. In addition to all these features, the Fenix HL45R, with its durable aluminum alloy front case and IP66-rated protection, stands out as an ideal choice for those who need reliable lighting in construction operations, industrial maintenance, and a wide range of outdoor activities.The gesture sensor and proximity sensor are turned on by default. If you experience unexpected deactivation or dimming when adjusting the focus ring, it is due to your hand covering the sensor. You may deactivate that sensor by holding down the electronic switch for 6 seconds while the light is off. The red light will flash eight times indicating that the sensor is disabled.
