The FiiO K19 is a new-generation reference desktop DAC/headphone amplifier designed to unify sheer power, precision engineering, and cutting-edge versatility in one device. Featuring dual flagship ESS ES9039SPRO DACs, an 8-channel THX AAA 788+ amplification stage, and a powerful ADI SHARC+ DSP with 31-band high-precision PEQ, the K19 is engineered to handle any use case — from professional headphone driving to high-fidelity home audio integration with HDMI ARC.
31-Band High-Precision Lossless PEQ
Thanks to the ADI ADSP-21565 SHARC+ DSP (800 MHz), the K19 introduces a 31-band lossless PEQ, adjustable directly on PCM signals (44.1–192 kHz) without resampling. Users can apply advanced EQ with ±12 to -24dB gain, fine Q adjustment (0.4–128), and even share or import/export PEQ presets — enabling precise headphone tuning or system-wide correction. Proprietary DEL (Dual Engine Limiter) technology supports dynamic range compression/expansion, limiters, and clipping protection for both accuracy and safety.
Dual ES9039SPRO – Flagship ESS DACs
At the digital core are two ESS ES9039SPRO DACs, ESS’s latest 8-channel hyperstream converters, capable of exceptional dynamic range and detail retrieval. With fourth-generation 32-bit HyperStream technology and ultra-low noise characteristics, the K19 produces a refined sonic experience with natural timbre and immersive realism. Combined with a high-performance quad-core FPGA for digital signal routing, the DAC section ensures signal purity like never before.
8-Channel THX AAA 788+ Amplification
Headphone performance is powered by eight channels of THX AAA 788+ amplifiers arranged in a fully balanced 4-channel system with 2×2 parallel groups. Backed by a high-voltage power supply, the K19 delivers up to 8000 mW + 8000 mW into 32 Ω — effortlessly powering even the most demanding headphones without distortion. Smooth, controlled transients and distortion-free output ensure confidence across all listening scenarios.
Clocking and Circuit Design
The K19 integrates dual Accusilicon AS318-B femtosecond oscillators (45.1584 / 49.1520 MHz), carefully selected and pre-screened for ultra-low phase noise. These work in tandem with global clock management and a fully balanced, differential audio path to guarantee minimal jitter and outstanding stability. The analog chain employs premium OPA2211 and OPA1602 op-amps for I/V conversion, filtering, and preamp stages, maintaining resolution throughout.
Premium Power & Construction
Internally, a 40W industrial-grade low-noise power supply supports both AC and external DC (15V–3A linear) powering. Multi-stage regulation with numerous precision LDOs ensures stable voltage rails for DAC, LPF, preamp, and amplifier circuits. Physically separated boards for digital, analog, and power, plus shielded metal compartments & honeycomb-mesh aluminum chassis, reduce interference and improve signal purity.
Elegant Unibody Chassis & HDMI ARC Support
The die-cast unibody aluminum alloy shell offers both slimness and shock protection, with a unique stand to allow vertical or horizontal orientation. For the first time in a FiiO flagship, the K19 features HDMI/ARC support up to 192kHz/24-bit, enabling direct integration into audiovisual setups. A 1.3-inch full-color display, infrared remote control, bidirectional 12V trigger, and app compatibility all contribute to an elevated luxury user experience.
