The FORNO Massimo 48-inch Dual Fuel Range brings professional styling and Performance into your home kitchen with its durable and beautiful 304 grade stainless-steel design. Cooking surface has 8 sealed burners with a total output of 107,000 BTU including 1 sealed dual-ring burner for simmering melting chocolate or simmering sauces, 20K dual-ring burner for boiling or searing and can perform simmering like melting chocolate or sauces.

Continuous cast iron grates allow maximum stability of cookware and mobility over a recessed enamel Cooking surface cavity which keeps spills and splashes contained and easy to clean. The 6.58 cu.ft dual-oven boasts a total output of 9,700 Watts, providing plenty of power for baking, roasting, and broiling.

Impressive blue enamel interiors allowing for easy cleaning and 3-layer glass oven door window provides both heat retention and an unobstructed view. The right-side oven has a true convection fan function. Included are 6 fully telescopic easy access stainless steel oven racks, reversible Griddle, concave Wok Ring and LP conversion kit.

Additionally, zinc coated metal knobs with bezel rings will maintain their beauty for years. The 6125 series is limited distribution.
