    Excellent 18" dishwasher

    Reviewed by - March 2, 2022

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first dishwasher that we've owned, so we were kind of nervous. But after a lot of research we went for this 18" dishwasher because of the size and good reviews. We were not dissapointed. This appliance is perfect for our needs, good size for a family of 2, good performance, and relatively quiet for a dishwasher. I love that my dishes are always clean and spotless. I use cascade complete with dawn fresh scent and i love the lemon one to. I also use a generic rinse aid and is consistent every time. My favorites settings are energy saver and normal wash. I really enjoy using this appliance. Thank you, this is a game changer in our family. We can now have less time in the kitchen thanks to this dishwasher.

    Waste of money

    Verified BuyerReviewed by - July 30, 2021

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gets the dishes clean and thats it. There are so many reasons not to buy this product. The controls on the outside are small and hard to read. Everytime you open or close the all the light light up like it is going to start. You have to press the "Review Setting" every time or the dishes stay wet. Who wants wet dishes?? This is just plain stupid. Here is another one, when you fill up the container for the "jet dry" there is no indicator how full or empty it is. The racks are so badly designed designed it will not hold up the bowls. They just fall over. I added small pieces of plastic tubing about an inch long and now the bowls stay up. Over all this appliance is TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. BUY ANOTHER BRAND. If I could get my money back I would. No appliance stores caries these on the floor to look and compare. We had to buy this from pictures on the internet. I am looking for an other one. I do not care I spent $950.00 for this. As soon as I find a good I am going to purchase it and throw this one in the trash. IT IS THAT BAD!!!!!!!!!!!!. First picture is of Jet dry holder, no way to tell much is in there.

    Installation revision

    Reviewed by - May 7, 2020

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Runs very quietly. Extended run time over Frigidaire replaced. Evidently this unit is supposed to have the door extend about one and one-half inches from cabinet front. We wanted the door to be flush with the cabinet front so we made the revision shown in the pictures.

    Tiny but mighty!

    Reviewed by - December 28, 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we built out our pantry and realized there was only room for an 18inch dishwasher I was upset thinking I should’ve just had a cabinet there. Little did I know how much I could fit in my tiny dishwasher. The best thing is it actually dries plastics and there is no reservoir of water left on the tops of glasses and mugs after the end of the cycle! It is very quiet too! I am ecstatic with how well this little powerhouse looks and functions!!

    Too much for too little.

    Reviewed by - July 1, 2024

Painfully small and wildly overpriced. This came with the house I purchased and I have hated it since day one. It does an okay job washing but just can't keep up with the dish load. Thankfully I'm installing new cabinets now so I can fit an adult sized dishwasher which somehow costs less than the MSRP of this model. Baby dishwashers are probably worthwhile in an RV, tiny home, or a mini bar but not in a busy kitchen.

    Don't love it

    Verified BuyerReviewed by - December 17, 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a lot louder than I expected and I really don't like the rack configurations. In my old dishwasher, I could put any dish anywhere. This one you have to put what is intended for that section. For example, some of the pegs are so close together and angled in a way that you can't use them for much other than plates. Dishes get clean but heated dry still leaves them soaking wet.

    PERFECT FOR OUR KITCHEN

    Reviewed by - December 11, 2024

We are limited by cabinet space so this unit fit nicely within an existing drawer space. It has all the features that we were looking for, sanitize, high temperature and heated dry. It cleans the dishes very well and it also drys them very well. We are very happy with our choice.

    Do Not Buy

Worked twice, and now has a permanent i4 error message. The interior is blocked and has permanent moisture. Brought a plumber out to fix it, and all the plumbing to and from the machine is without error- it's just the machine. Not to mention - INCREDIBLY loud.

Waited 15 Years for this Dishwasher

    Reviewed by - March 11, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My sink broke 15 years ago, and that's when I decided I needed a dishwasher. This is perfect for a small kitchen. It's extremely quiet, and has multiple levels of cleaning action. I was so excited about getting it that my husband hooked it up in the middle of the kitchen during our remodel, and even without a cabinet, it was quiet. It cleans well -- I've tested both the regular and the eco wash cycles. I love that I have these options. The machine came with a lot of instructions and it was easy for my DIY husband to install. P.S. I run it every two days for a family of two.

    Pretty good

    Reviewed by - February 8, 2025

When my 2017 version of this dishwasher became obsolete, I purchased this new one to replace it. This one does clean a bit better but the drying function does not work well, even with rinse aid. When I open the dishwasher after it’s washed/dried and then sat a while, there is a lot of moisture still on the door and some on the dishes. The older version would be bone dry, so this is disappointing! The set up allows for slightly fewer dishes to be placed inside as well, but not a big deal. What would have been best is if I could have repaired my 2017 dishwasher but the inexpensive part was no longer made. Planned obsolescence at its finest!
