[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This expensive dryer, even on medium heat setting, melted several different items of mine. This propane dryer has ruined around $200 in clothing and bed clothes. Mine may be defective, but beware...just get electric if you can. Nothing but problems and ruined clothes with this one. I had to spend hours scraping off melted and charred pieces of clothing from the back of the dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a wonderful machine! I have always preferred gas over electric as they are gentler on your clothes and no scorching. This model is as close as you are going to get to the dryers you find at laundromats, nice and roomy and with all the settings you need to properly care for your clothes. I have been drying my clothes on the line for years after my last dryer failed on me but after purchasing this wonderful machine I may never again break out the racks as it dries in no time and leaves my clothes as fresh as hanging them outdoors. PS, this is a great looking machine, it looks super nice in my all original early 1950's kitchen, one would think it came with the home, the design is awesome and it and the matching washer are very well built.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dryer gave out, so I had to get a new one. I went to the local appliance store and they had a Frigidaire gas dryer. I never owned a Frigidaire appliance, but I went ahead and bought it. It is simple to use and I I really like the heat setting on it. It allows things to dry as much as I want them to be. I also like the the different cycles from creating your own by setting the dryness and the heat level. The drum size is great. It can hold my king size bedding. Great product and would buy Frigidaire again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the Frigidaire washer and dryer, not happy, washer will only work on time delay, so we have to set it for an hour to do a load of wash. Waiting on appliance store to replace. Dryer has to go through two cycles to dry a load, have tried all settings! Our dryer vent is totally clean so that is not the problem! My 13 year old washer and dryer worked better. The only plus is they are both quieter than my old machines but setting a load of wash for an hour is unacceptable and the drying time is unreasonable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Don't care for it, don't like the dome top, can't fold clothes as they slide off, takes way too long to dry, the sensor does not work well, have to put clothes back in maybe 3 times, the chime is not hearable, have to keep running downstairs to see if dry, then is wrinkled as I can't hear the chime. My old dryer was 24 years old and had a light in it, can't see what is in the dryer to fold. bought it sight and wish we would have shopped for one. Would not have bought this one

This dryer is the worst, from day one it does not dry my clothes in a reasonable time. I called Stewart Appliances where I bought the dryer and they said I didn't know how to do laundry. This is a complaint from day 1, I have to dry my towels for 70 minutes on max heat to dry. No matter what size load it is. I am 62 and know how to do laundry. This dryer is the worst I have ever owned, and yes I keep the lint trap cleaned. Frigidaire should stick to refrigerators..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very disappointed that the dryer does not have a light inside!!!!! I'm very disappointed that the dryer has a chime on it to tell you when it's done!!!! A chime???? Really???? You can't even hear the chime when you are standing right in front of it. who does that??? I didn't want to buy the cheapest or the most expensive set. I bought what i could afford. I bet no one from frigidaire has one of these dryers in their house!!!! I have to set my kitchen timer so that my clothes do not come out wrinkled since my dryer is in the basement. the washer has the same chime!!! really???? If I could afford to, I'd sell it !!!!! I'm sure no one from frigidaire will contact me about this problem .I can't believe all these wonderful reviews!!!! I can live with having no light in the dryer but the chime thing has got me rattled!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchase our original unit in December 2020, unit arrived not working. Replacement could not be delivered until January 2021. Replacement unit is fully functioning. The stainless steel drum was an important feature for us in selecting this dryer as this was the only dryer as this price point with a true stainless steel drum. I have only rated the product at three stars due to other design issues, not the defective original unit. The two major design issues are the lack of an interior light and convex shape of the top of the dryer. The top of the dryer should be flat to provide a more effective work surface for folding laundry and the lack of an interior light at this price point is just cheap. We would buy it again, but the product could be greatly improved with a flat work surface and the addition of an interior light.

Have had this unit for about 1.5 years and since day 1 nothing dries with 1 cycle no matter the size of the load. From reading reviews it seems to be a recurring issue and now I am out of warranty. Wouldn't recommend to anyone as it's ridiculous you have to run 2 cycles for dry cloths. 2ndly something fell behind the dryer while it was running. I went to grab it and almost burned my hand with how hot the back was. Felt like a stove.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned this dryer for about one month. The timer feature allows you to plan when the clothes will be done. The favorites feature allows to pre-program the most used cycles. This is the first dryer I have ever owned whose filter actually captures most of the dryer "dust". I now have to clean my outside vent only once or twice a week instead of every day. My only complaint is that the chime could be louder.
