Helps saving time and avoiding up coming traffic delays. I definitely would recommend. Looking forward to smooth traveling.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's more problems than help. It always gives you the longest way to get somewhere. It will navigate you to a place that doesn't exist. It's not dependable at all especially out of town in the dark at night

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I believe Garmin is the best choice I could make. I have an older smaller Garmin that I have had for years and decided to get a bigger viewing screen and this does not disappoint. I love all the features that this Garmin DriveSmart 76 has. It took no time to set this up and the newer features are a pleasant and thrilling surprise. I very highly recommend not just the Garmin name, but especially this particular model that I have had for about a month now. It is so easy to navigate with all the bells and whistles! I did add a screen protector especially made for this particular device that eliminates any glare that I might encounter on my travels.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought to replace my 15 year old Garmin Nuvi. Took on a 3800 mile fall adventure throughout the western US in which it would take us the longest route almost every time we set it. One time it took us 58 miles out of the way? After a while we could not trust it to go the right and shortest way possible. Even fully charged there is about a three minute battery life unplugged? It was way off finding national monuments and such. I thought it would be more accurate than the old Garmin, however that is not the case. Attaching the Garmin to the window holder is very cumbersome and awkward. I do really like the large screen and easy touch screen... and that is the only reason I did not return it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This replaced my Drivesmart 65 I bought 10 months ago, it would take a long time to connect to the satellite. So far the Drivesmart 76 is working as it should. Fast connection to the satellite. The "hello Garmin" voice use, works really well. This one is much better than the Drivesmart 86 as on upcoming off ramps this one shows a large screen on the right for what lane to use, the 86 only had a very small square to see the off ramp. I have had several Garmin GPS's and so far I do recommend this one. I like Garmin the as you can save and or back up your favorites (pgx files) and transfer them to your new Garmin. Do recommend always buy the Best Buy extended warranty / replacement plan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Use this for work in my patrol car. Love the live view of the map showing what street im on. Love the voice control and love the slim big screen look. Very happy with my purchase and have recommended them plenty of times now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always used Garmin devices and this one is the newest gadget of ours. GPS is spot-on and is faster than previous models. Extra room on the screen for upcoming exits and real-time lane notifications.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You need to be outside to connect to satellite in order to update and set up the unit. Instructions do not tell you this. You have to set up your home address in order to orientate the unit to where you live. This is bad as someone using your device will know where you live. It has difficulty in locating addresses you input. Both operating system and maps need to be updated. It does a good job routing you, once you get it set up. There is virtually no battery storage to operate it when not connected to a power source.

I previously owned a Garmin Nuvi 50LM. It was a wonderful GPS that served me for over 12 years with no problems. Recently, I upgraded to a Garmin Smart Drive 76. The new features and operation of this 76 are better than I could imagine. Alexa, the Garmin Drive app, the voice commands, the bigger screen, the route planning feature, the pairing with my smartphone, etc., etc. make driving a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this GPS to anyone looking to travel to any new and unfamiliar destination with confidence.
