Nice washer dryer combo. Works well, cleans thoroughly and efficiently. However, the lint trap for the dryer is horrible. It is located inside the door of the dryer, wire mesh trap covered by very cheap, flimsy plastic panel that slides over the top of it. Holes on the lint trap plastic cover are huge and does not contain the lint inside the trap. Be prepared to be hit in the face they cloud I’ve let particles every time you open the dryer after usage. Tremendous hassle. Horrible design flaw. Aside from that it’s a great little combo unit. But due to the lint trap issues, sadly, I would not recommend this to a friend. And if I could get rid of this one I would.

Complete garbage. Handle pulled off when opening dryer door! Knobs are cracking in several places. Rubber liner on dryer door is tearing & comes off a lot. Dryer plastic vent slide- that covers the lint screen- 2 tabs broke & it fell off. Absolutely & totally ridiculous. Dryer never gets very warm & the rinsing is terrible.

The left side of the upper dryer vibrates loudly when in use. If I push on it it stops but I’m not going to stand there the whole time. It is a good compact unit though. It washes well and holds a full load. Has a lot of wash options too so that’s nice.

This washer/dryer combo has exceeded my expectations. I thought based on the specifications it was gonna be tiny but its literally just once size smaller then a regualr sized machine. I was able to wash my comforter with no problems. This machine has more spin control then my old washer that was brand new. It can be a little bit louder then most machines because of its compactness. The washer looks tiny but holds a regular washer load . The dryer is bigger on the inside then it looks and holds more then the washer. Setting it up was simple and easy. The simplicity of the controls is a god send. A push to start button is so much better then the pullout knobs. Once installed it can be a pain to move so the panel above the washer lid below the dryer can easily be removed with a screw driver to access the water connections and exhaust tube. Even though its not advertised there is a small LAN connector on the front left bottom corner of the dryer that can be used to install an GE wifi module that can let you monitor it via smart phone. Super awesome. Its even got a speed wash setting. There are no direct heat settings because you either use the timed mode or the other settings are automatic. Cotton would high. Delicates is air dry pretty much and the casual settings is low. Timed is medium :) since its all in one you dont need but one plug and both washer and dryer can run at the same time.

I did not purchase this machine, my landlord did, and it can handle quite large loads and is efficient in both cleaning and drying. I can even fit a king size comforter with careful placement in washer and a few times pulling it out and adjusting to dry. It does come out a bit wrinkled but that's to be expected given the dryer is not designed for this. The annoyances. It's quite a noisy machine and not very comfortable to move the wash to the dryer as you have to kind of contort yourself and dive in whilst trying not to collide with the dryer door that is swinging about above you. getting the laundry from the dryer is also odd, it all falls out as you take pieces out so you will need a hamper lined up underneath, I have laundry bags which I try to tick up and over the bottom lip if the dryer an pull the clothing into it as it falls about in a mess. Imagine if they included a laundry bag with loops to attach to hooks built into the dryer casing that would securely attach as you remove the load?That would be lovely. But the most annoying factor is the ill designed lint filter that drops lint all over the floor as the plastic screen cover is slid off and as you gather the lint which has accumulated in every crevice of which there are many surrounding the screen and special cleaning tools are needed to extract the lint from the many rectangular notches placed precariously around it. I hold a plactic bin underneath the dryer door as I carefully clean the filter each time doing my best to avoid the lint entering the air and dropping all over the floor.

Love the new washer and dryer, our last one finally died after a loooonng time and this one works great! It has a bunch of settings for the washer; whites colors ect.. with multiple temperature options as well. The dryer has plenty of room for most needs excluding large blankets of course.. I installed it myself it was a very quick and easy process, for the price it has many great features that are normally common with higher tier machines

I have absolutely loved the quality of this model. It’s a good fit for a small space, able to accept a normal load - both washing and drying, and having the lint collector in the door of the dryer allows emptying it between - or even during loads - and keeps it drying efficiently even with large beach towels. The cycle options are extremely helpful, noise level is low and laundry always comes out amazing!

I always use my filter and only dry appropriate items for the dryer. The amount of lent that I pulled out of places using long wire brush and Hemo stats was unbelievable seems to me would be a fire hazard. I was trying to attach pictures of what I pulled out of the places where there should not be lint, but when I click on add images, it will not let me post
