This compatible toner cartridge works only with non-HP+ printers, with no “e” at the end of the printer model.

• Important Note: Please turn off HP Genuine Mode before installing the compatible toner cartridge with chip. Follow the steps: Setup > Supply Settings > Cartridge Supply > Off. To avoid firmware updates blocking the compatible toner cartridge from future use, also disable Printer Update and Firmware Update in Setup.
