Gym Army's Adjustable Dumbbells replace over 30 sets of dumbbells with a single pair.  This adjustable dumbbell is a part of Gym Army's free weights line up, and is the perfect addition to your home gym setup!  With the turn of a dial you have the ability to adjust your dumbbells' weight from 5lbs to 52.5lbs and almost everything in between. The dumbbells begin at 5lbs and increase by 2.5lb increments up until 25lbs. From 25lbs the increments move upwards at 5lbs at a time!
