[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received this Hamilton Beach Modern Chrome 2-Slice Toaster. It's not the fanciest toaster by any means, but it does have a defrost & bagel setting. It's a really nice-looking toaster and is a great size. It fits perfectly on my stand next to my coffee maker! The toaster has a removeable crumb trat to make it easier to keep the toaster clean. The chrome is very nice looking but can attract fingerprints pretty easily. It does the job like it should and the settings are pretty accurate. I tend to keep it on the third heat setting but that's just personal preference. Overall, I'm very happy with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love this Hamilton Beach Modern Chrome 2 Slice Toaster, the design is sleek, modern and it goes with any deco in my kitchen, specially if I have chrome appliances. This toaster is super easy to use and always leaves my bread or bagels perfectly toasted, I love that I have the option to defrost, since I love to froze my fresh made bagels, the design is sleek and simple, I love the led light when I pressed the option and also is super easy to control how toasted I want my bread or bagel!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The size and style of this toaster is ideal. The heating elements seemed to move in close to the bread or item being toasted. Underneath the toaster was a slid out tray which made for very easy cleaning and removal of crumbs. However, I wonder if my model was defective as it did not set level on the counter. The pictures show one corner with a piece jutting out and the presser bar was also at a slight tilt rather than straight. Two small pieces of plastic fell out of the box (see blue tape).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used it to defrost homemade waffles. They came out like they were made today. Crispy on outside and soft in in the middle. I used the bagel setting on the lowest setting for toasting. They came out lightly toasted( just like them) and soft on outside. I used the cancel button on waffle because I wanted to see what it would do to the waffles. They came out perfect. It stays cool to the touch on the sides. I love it. It is perfect and it is easy to use. Highly recommend. Amazing product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a basic toaster, which is all I need. It has wide slots so it can fit things like bagels and english muffins. It has a dial to select toasting degree. and buttons on the front so you can select a bagel or defrost cycle. It has a crumb tray that pulls out from the back. The dial could be better; it doesn't have markings, so you kind of have to guess what is a light or dark cycle. The slots are nice and deep, but are deep enough it makes it hard to remove smaller items like english muffins from the slots. The finish shows fingerprints rather easily too. That is why I rated it 4 star vs 5 stars. But it toasts well, which is what one needs a toaster to do. It handles different sizes of bread nicely. It's a decent toaster overall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Hamilton Beach Modern Chrome Toaster is a sleek modern toaster with a nice chrome color that matches my kitchen. This toasts the bread evenly we prefer to have ours a little darker right in the middle we are really happy with how this toasts bagels as well. We also use french bread thick and thin slices and this toasts really well. I would definitely recommend this to a friend. This is very easy to clean the tray comes out on the bottom catching all the crumbs. I was in need of a new toaster our double toaster wasn't working right the right side quit working so this was the reason i chose this toaster. I like the fact that the side stay cool and doesn't get warm while it's toasting.

I just need to make toast and toast bagels. I used it to toast mini bagels and it performed perfectly. It toasts bread evenly. I love the look of it as well. It is sleek and modern.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very nice, sleek looking 2 slice toaster. The best thing is that it is compact but can toast couple of bagels easily. There is a knob at the bottom to adjust the level of Browning you want. There are also buttons at the bottom through which you can change the toaster setting from normal to bagel or defrost. I have used it for a few days during the mornings and it definitely has helped with breakfast. There is a tray at the bottom to collect all the crumbs. The chrome body looks really sleek and compliments all the other appliances in my kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To begin with, I was very impressed with how attractive the toaster is. The exterior is a very shiny chrome and the buttons and knobs are easily displayed and used. It is also very lightweight so easy to store.There are several selections for the lightness and darkness of the bread, so there is a wide range instead of just light and dark which I liked. It is just me in my household so it is so much more convenient to use a toaster to make a sandwich instead of heating up my convection/toaster oven for two slices of bread. This toaster toasts evenly did a great job with the couple of sandwiches I've made. The only negative I found was the depth of the slots could have been a bit deeper. I like to use the larger oval slices of rye, pumpernickel and Italian bread (bakery style) and the tops of the larger slices still stick out of the toaster. Other wise this is a great handy little product !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great little toaster, works exactly like you expect it to. We mostly do bread and bagels, which both fit easily without much issues. The lever is easy to use and the toasts pop up easily. The warming knob is self-explanatory The different settings also work properly (as expected) Big fan of Hamilton Beach products and this doesn't disappoint!
