One-subject notebook features spiral binding to keep all your notes in one easy-to-find place. Spiral binding allows easy page-turning. The Coil Exercise Book contains 80 pages protected by a sturdy cover. Each sheet and front and back covers are three-hole punched to easily fit into standard, three-ring binders. Each sheet is also 7mm ruled with a margin to better organize your notes.
