Product is very good and shipping time was o.k. Tracking was a bit of a problem: no info for 4 days then "your package will be there tomorrow a.m.".

Awful experience, received a laptop with no OS installed, have not heard back about whether or not my account would be credited for the return, the support information inside the box went unanswered by phone, email and an attempt at creating an online ticket. Was initially told I would be charged a restocking fee... even though I was sent a laptop that didn’t work. No clear answers from anyone on the contact seller web response. All in all a horrendous experience, never again!
