I have one of these and the back provides 0 support, not to mention that the back is tearing the bolts out of the cheap recombined wood base. Only had the chair 6 months and it has to be replaced. Coworker has the same chair with the same issues.

First issue when building the chair, the hardware provided does not fit the actual chassis. Once built, and double checked, everything tightened, the chair still wobbles on the base at almost a 45deg angle front to back. Secondly the seat cushion is complete garbage. After 6 months I can SEE and feel 4 bolt heads through the mesh top, as if there is no padding or anything to prevent the bolts from coming through the fabric. So get ready to enjoy sitting on hard pointy metal. I'm so glad this piece of junk was free due to Best Buy messing up the shipping, it'll be going into the trash when I get a replacement.

I thought this chair would be mostly metal therefore stronger... the Balls on the side which look like metal are actually screw on plastic covers! kinda peeved as most chairs break at that point.. Happy the back of the chair is mounted separate from the arms (like most) The chair itself even on low ride can't fit under my desk.. and shipping using CANPAR?!? 1.2/5 Shipping Rating with ZERO estimated delivery times even when picked up at their hub. In the end.. it looks stronger than it really is.. shipping sucked. box was ripped and scratched though nothing was damaged.. they delivered with with arrows facing down.. i mentioned it to the Canpar driver and he shrugged his shoulders at me.. Hopefully this company doesn't ship glass or more fragile items!

Bought this chair is May and the ram is shot. Unless you enjoy typing from the floor!!!!
