Except for the giant burn after 30 minutes if use I woke up with. And have short hair so extra awesome and it probably will scar.had 1 day

I received this Massager as a gift and absolutely love it! It gives a very good, deep massage and i can adjust the intensity of the massage by putting more or less pressure on the pull straps. I most often use it while sitting in my recliner. I can recline in the chair and put the massager on my neck with no need to use the pull straps at all - a very relaxing experience. I have found that it is also easy to move around my neck area to massage different spots. The heat feature works well, too. Just enough heat to do the job, but not hot enough to be uncomfortable. You can also turn the heat on/off separate from the massager which is a nice feature. I have also tried it on my shoulder areas and that works too. All around a great product.

I bought this for my wife who works out on a daily basis. And has neck and back pain some days. She says it’s fantastic and the heating is great just for loosening up and relaxing afterwards

This massager only fit well to a particular position of neck. if you move it a little, the balls will never touch your neck.

Got this as a gift and it showed up yesterday. Kind of ironic got a pinch in my neck/shoulder at work today. Thought well I can try out the massager I got. Got home turned it on had it going for maybe 20 minutes and it shut off. Tried to turn it back on and it won't turn on. 20 minutes of use and its burned up. Glad I didn't pay for it.

I have this massager for 3 yrs and left it in the box. I pulled it out and used it today... WOW! Amazing! Im mad I havent used it until now! Im a very happy girl! Ive had two neck surgeries and need help getting the knots out in between massages. Ive found a solution. I highly recommend this product.

This neck massager works well, but I think I may have gotten a defect, once plugged in massager starts automatically and won’t shut off if I press the power button or the heat button, while the heat feature is nice I don’t always want it on but I don’t have an option.

This particular neck massager did little to nothing for me. It felt like to little fingers pokeing me. I have another neck massager from HoMedics it worked well. I ordered the wrong item. Disposed of it.

I was hoping this was what I was looking for but did not like it so I gave it away. I know what I want and had one I loved but it broke so will search until I find exactly what I want.

I bought this in addition to the "Pro" version and there is no contest! The massage on the TheraP is weak, not adjustable - we sent it back the day after we got it.
