I was out of black ink I replant with one from my HP box then said to reinstall the ink. I eventually gave up thought I must have done something. I went on line a d ordered one from the website based on their recommendations for my HP ink jet #63. When it arrived I installed the ink and again kept saying reinstall ink error and would not function. I ended up buying #64 which works correctly. I have now had purchace ink twice when I should have had the correct size automatically mailed to me since I pay for the monthly subscription and ita the 1st time I've needed ink extremely unhappy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The packaging caught my eye right away. The fluorescent-blue butterflies were amazingly blue. I was mesmerized! I had to have that cartridge right away. I could hardly wait to get it home and put it in my printer. I had to print something, anything, just see the magic of the ink. As the sheet of paper slowly eased out of my printer, my eyes looked upon the snow white paper; ink in its beautiful blackness. It was as if I was looking in hundreds of tiny-beautiful black pools. It was heavenly. There can never be any other ink brand that can cause my heart beat like the enchanting HP 63.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unit works as advertised, at least for oatmeal. I had a Japanese one prior to this one (died from overload electrical surge) that cost 6 times more than this one. My biggest problem is the large footprint of the unit (I wanted the 8 cup one, not available now). But it is a simple appliance, 800 watts, just put ingredients in turn on machine, press appropriate button (with countdown going then) and when done, take nonstick pan out. One other slight problem is cleaning the top; it does not remove, and it is a little hard to get the rubber seal clean. Otherwise a good unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always liked HP products. Easy to use not hard to reload or take out. You can reuse the package to put old ink cartridge in so ink does not get everywhere.
