I only buy HP ink cartridges toner. I refuse to buy generic brands. HP is the best ink.

This is the 4th cartridge in a row that fails to authenticate. The cartridges print great, even though they do not seem to last as long as they used to (and I am actually printing less). I use the Econ settings for everything except for things that have to look really good. I took off 1 star due to not authenticating and 1 star for getting noticeably less printing. Is it possible it’s my printer’s fault the authentications fails? If you can tell me how to fix that I will give you back that star!!!!! Chuck

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before I install the toner, my printer was telling me that toner is low but printed. After I installed the new toner ..my printer stop printing and all the tips to get it back to printing failed.....I unpluged the power cord and followed all the steps....Still not printing...I'm waiting for my "teck" person to come and see what the problem it I've never had this to happen befroe...SOOO disappointing and I get to pay my teck. Never had this to happen before when I installed a new toner cartridge....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My HP laser printer and HP toner cartridge produce nice crisp pages. I just wish the printer would talk to my network once in a while. Seems like every time I want to print I have to power cycle the printer, delete and re-add the printer, reinstall drivers, etc. It rarely just prints. Same problem with wireless connection directly to the printer. Also wish HP would send me less spam email.

I bought one of these a month ago, via HP'S online store... very impressive feedback on progress of the rapid delivery... most impressive and convenient return process for return of spent cartridge--free, no muss, no fuss easy! Only ding was an HP nag dialog that whined for a while that the new cartridge was not "genuine"!?!?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought an HP laser Jet printer years ago. Although just black and white printing, it was all I needed for my personal use. Was concerned at first as to the cost of these printer cartridges, and how long they would last. But turns out they last a very long time, so the cost is pennies. Can’t say anything bad about them.

This printer is my check printer. I just changed the toner out from the empty or almost empty one, to the new one....it prints light, like it is almost out of toner and my littler HP window on my computer, each time I print a check, say, YOU ARE EXTREMELY LOW ON TONER........did I get a bad one...........not sure.

These toner cartridges are excellent value and lead to a quality print job every time. With loads of warning, you have plenty of time to order a new cartridge before your old one tuns out. I believe the print heads are on the cartridge and therefore are changed every time that the cartridge is changed.

So far pleased with hp products since buying my first lap top in year 2000. Bought an hp laser jet and lately a wireless hp printer. Don't want any problems so decided to buy an HP replacement cartridge vs a much cheaper knock off. This printer has been great and cartridge seemly lasts for ever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used aftermarket cheap refill toner cartridges the colors never just there after purchasing a set of the HP ones which cost a little bit more money I found that the little bit more money was a money well spent as the photos and pictures that I can print are just out of this world
