[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new HP portable all in one; After having various printers, scanners, all in one inkjets and laser printer I waited a long time to get this because I’m using apple devices now and some were not compatible with today’s printers; So I finally got this one; using the HP app makes a great difference although I like the laser printer better but it’s good for now and it’s been years since I had a inkjet; Since I don’t do a lot of printing until tax time this is better for me ( I almost forgot that I have a color cartridge too now); I haven’t used all the features on this printer yet but I will soon, Excellent printer; Eric VA

The HP Smart app is SOO Frustrating, It doesn't work. The scanner wants you to log into your account before it will scan, when you can't log into your account, it crashes, that’s IF YOU have an internet connection!! Even when I did have a connection, it failed to log in, error code, try later. How am I supposed to get any work done. The WI-Fi connects to the computer, and you still can't scan. All the IP info is available on the printer, you press scan to computer on the printer, have HP Smart running on the PC, the printer gives you a message, “computer can’t be found”. Seriously. Use a cable to connect, and the best you can get is 1 page at a time. Waste of money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Setup to print from my phone was a bit clunky as the website hp123 says phone not supported, which is surprising since it's a galaxy s10. Apparently the issue is only via Bluetooth. I then spent about 30 minutes situating it to print via wifi from my phone as instructions to do so are vague at best. Outside of setup, it's a really nice printer. And despite what some claim, you can not scan a drivers license. You just take a picture and print it instead, tho you will have to find a way to adjust the size, as the only options are fit to page or full page. A bit bigger than needed in some instances.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little all-in-one is great! It is easy to set up, and that’s a compliment from an old woman who is convinced technology is the devil. It sits on my desk, and the kids print their schoolwork from anywhere in the house, wirelessly, without a hitch. The print quality is good, it’s pretty quiet- and it has a super quiet mode if you have teenagers who like to print out a 10 page report at midnight. Scanning is simple, printing is easy, and copying is effortless. However, it would be nice if you have the option to plug it directly to the computer or laptop on those days the WiFi’s acting up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was easy to set up although it was a bit clumsy figuring out how to get the printer and my lap top to sync up. Printing and scanning are quick with very good quality. I have not figured out how to print directly to the printer from my lap top but it works great when printing from my iPad or iPhone. I used a cable to run from my lap top to the printer and it worked fine. I recommend buying replacement ink cartridges and installing them immediately as the ones that come with the printer have limited ink, just to get you started. It's a great device and I'm happy with my purchase

I have wanted a machine like this for many years, they have always been too expensive, so when this one came up I didn’t hesitate to buy it, and I prayed it was as good as it said it was, and I am not disappointed, I’ve tested it may time all the features on it, I am really impressed with the scanned and all the options it gives you , and again I’ve tried most of them. So asulu May gather, I’m a happy chappie, I was so pleased to have been on your mailing list because I have 2 other HP Printers that I love, and a HP Laptop & notebook. HP have never let me down... I use this printer every day to print insurance applications and forms needed for my business. I travel to multiple locations carrying the printer in my computer case. The printer is durable, fast, makes great copies and is good as far as ink usage is concerned. I connect wirelessly through the direct WiFi feature to my computer. Reliably connects every time... turn it on and print using battery power that lasts all day and no printer cable to my laptop. I bought a second printer just to make sure I am not ever without this tool I need and use every day. Wes Wadkins

In grad school now and needed a printer that can handle the rigors of home-based schooling. This lil guy is up to the challenge any and every day I’ve used it. I wish I bought it SOONER!!
