- Good Size for Smart TV Hookup- September 29, 2017
This cable was 14 feet insteqd of the more common 6 foot cable. It worked perfectly to connect a Time Warner/Spectrum router to a Samsung 8500 curved smart TV.. One great thing is it is long enough to connect and not show since it gives you enough length to route it easily. But the best thing is it provided s a very high speed connection to the TV and you don't have to be concerned about WiFi passwords. The streaming of NetFlix, Amazon Prime etc. is never slowed down. I realize WiFi works great too, but if you don't want to have to enter SSID's and passwords it is really great. So I loved the cable.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
- Ethernet Cable- January 19, 2021
My FireCube in my bedroom was constantly disconnecting from Wifi so I used an Ethernet cable we had around the house. I was so frustrated when that was Also giving me a hardtime. I thought for sure it was the cube! After checking over the Cable really closely it had a tiny spot that looked like was bent or indented, come to find out that cord had been shut in a door &wasn't thrown away! Anyways this has been amazing so far! Been using it since Aug. & haven't had a single problem! It's been running smoother than it ever has! We bought the 14' & 25' just to be safe on it reaching the router in the other room. This did just fine, then we ended up keeping the other one to use upstairs Anyways.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
- Exactly What I Needed- August 2, 2019
I was wondering why, after upgrading the speed of my Internet, I wasn't getting the speeds that I should have been per my new plan. After some investigation, I discovered that I was using a Cat-5e Ethernet Cable, and that I would get faster speeds using a Cat-6 Ethernet Cable. This cable does exactly what I expected, hoped and needed it to do. Now, I'm able to get the speeds that I should be getting from my ISP, and it's long enough of a cable that it isn't pulled too tightly trying to reach from the back of my PC to the back of my router.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
