[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 3D Blue-ray player was struggling to read any disc including audio, DVD and 3D Blue-ray. It was suggested to me, in store, that this might solve the problem. I ran it several times and it did then play one DVD before reverting to rejecting all discs. Perhaps my player has got lots of dust and, because we had not used it for some time, it had become hardened and incapable of being removed by the small brushes on this cleaner. I have only given the product 2 stars as it did not do what I was expecting. Maybe it would work better if used on a regular basis before dust, etc. builds up. I am going to have to purchase a new blue-ray player!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot say enough good things about this product. I was having a problem with my vehicle navigation system that used a disk data base. The system kept giving me a disk error. I thought it was coming from the system itself, so I took it to the dealership. They told me it would cost about $2600 to replace the unit. I decided to try cleaning the disk heads first before replacement. I bought this product and it cleaned the heads perfectly in virtually no time at all. Gave audible instructions on what to do. When I removed it, my navigation system worked perfectly. It worked so well I cleaned all my disk players with it after that. Amazing product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I listen to a lot of CDs that I buy and take out from the public library. For a long time I thought it was overused CDs that were distorting my CD player. I later learned that the laser lens gets distorted and clouded and it needs to be regularly cleaned -- safely. When I bought this product, problem solved and I can regularly listen to CDs without distortion. My only problem is the disk cleaner itself wears out but it's hard to tell when, so at some point it just stops working. It would be helpful for some guide on the disk (an audio message) or in the instructions how many times you can use it would improve the product. That said, I will continue to buy it.

I still have qn old Denon 18-Bit 5 VD Carousel Player FROM THE EARLY '90s and despite being built like a tank and having a fantastic analog stage, it, like many early carousel players of the era sometimes misses that their is a disc in one of the trays and skips to the next one. A regular cleaning with this sort of disc will eliminate such problems if done regularly. This one had the best price and I can't tell any difference between it and any of the other more expensive laser lens cleaner discs that I have used over the years. No reason not to buy this one and save a few bucks.

My carousel Onkyo player is 30 years old and rarely used in the last 10 years. About a month ago it started to skip and recently the player randomly stopped reading the cds at all. Based on the day it seems! After one cleaning it now can see the Cds at least. Still skips sometimes, but much better. will clean again. It’s possible some of the cds could be scratched too. I recommend this disk, it definitely improved the performance. It’s a fair price too. Cheaper than the Maxell that claims to work 40 times. I hope this one can be re used as often.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product because my bluray player wasn't reading the disc all of the time. The player is much better than it was before, but still not perfect. I feel there should be a cleaning solution for the brushes to get a better clean. It has improved at least 80 percent better than it was before. The price of the cleaning disc was fair for what it is. All in all a great purchase for what I needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only reason why I gave it a three star was because (the price was great it does clean your TV) -the problem with my TV it was more than about cleaning it I thought that I could just clean it and it would be fixed come to find out it’s something deeper so I really didn’t get to utilize this the way that I thought when I bought it I think it’s a great product I think every household should have one and the price is not that bad I would definitely recommend this to someone else but I only gave it a three star because it didn’t really help me with my problem -I am definitely keeping it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my blu ray player a lot. And I don't always maintain it as much as I should. It got to the point where my movies were skipping , resetting and just freezing up. I had an older DVD cleaning disk, but my machine would not accept it. I bought this in hopes of avoiding buying a new player. Wow ! What a difference this cleaner makes. I found the on screen instructions easy to use and my player now works like new. No more problems of any type. Simple, efficient and a great value. Best money I've spent in a long time. Definitely try this before replacing your blu ray player.
