[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice addition to my morning coffee routine at a reasonable price. Keep in mind that for best results for cold foam the milk has to be really cold, and cleaning can be tedious at first but i don't mind it anymore

I bought this frother based off a recommendation from a relative who showed us how quickly it made warm thick foam. We were excited to buy it, so picked one up for ourselves. The product does warm up and makes light foam quickly, however we were not successful in producing thick foam on either the warm or cold settings. It basically made the same type of foam on both foam settings. We thought maybe we just got a bad machine so we took it back and exchanged it for a new one. Unfortunately, the 2nd machine was the same. We ended up taking that one back as well, sadly disappointed that the machine didn’t work as what we had seen at our relatives house.

This Frother worked well at first. Now I am getting flashing lights and the wand hesitates to spin. One morning it heated the milk but the wand did not spin throughout the heat process. Unplugged it and started it again and the wand spun. Therefore I am not taking a chance and keeping this item. I will be returning it to Best Buy. Disappointed as I have other Instant Pot products that work well.

I've had and LOVED this frother since March 29, 2021. This morning it stopped working after making weird noises for about a week. I've used it almost everyday, cleaned it often, and am really surprised it's stopped frothing (it's still heating up the milk). I'm very disappointed also because the Limited Warranty from Instant Pot is one year and we're just past this :(

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this milk frother! I've been using it for a couple weeks now and I'm addicted!! I add a little flavored non-dairy creamer to my milk for a hint of sweetness and foam is still perfect. Only con that I've bumped into is that I can barely see the min/max markings on the inside of the unit. My first couple drinks were foam overload until I figured out where to stop filling. Highly recommend this frother. Can't beat the price, it's way easier to use than I imagined and cleaning is not a chore at all.
