[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This wall mount is very strong, made of thick heavy metal. I screwed it into the standard width of our 16”studs and it fit perfectly. It’s easy to pull away from the wall and move it to the viewing angle that best fits our living room. It fits snuggly against the wall when not being used. We have a 55” TV and it came with the right screws/spacers for mounting. It’s the perfect buy.

We just received this in the mail yesterday. Trying to install it is a pain. The part where the TV mounts to comes with hex bolts that should be easily removable with a tiny metal wrench that comes with the box, as per the instructions!. Except the inside of the hex bolts are covered with a blue adhesive that makes it way too tight for the wrench they give you, to the point you're going to need either a socket wrench and some luck, or you literally have to use a hammer to smack the opposite end of the wrench just to un-screw and re-screw the bolts. Couldn't they have made this more user friendly to install ourselves?

Not a single point on this product page, packaging, or manual states that 12 inch studs are required for this product. If you have 18 inch stud spacing, this product will not work. I wish this was written down ANYWHERE so I could have avoided this product and bought a mount that is wide enough for 18 inch studs. Why the manufacturer didn't specify this is beyond me, but I only realized after I was about to hang onto the wall. Can't wait to return a bunch of ripped up packaging to bestbuy because this product doesn't state 12 INCH STUDS ARE REQUIRED.

I purchased a tv and everything that I needed for it's installation and set a date for geek squad to install every thing. It turned out that everything was coming separately to multiple inaccessible locations and would not arrive by the date of the installation. Needless to say there were more problems with cancelling the order including a Best Buy representative who argued with me on the phone and would ask me the same questions over and over without listening to me. So now I'm stuck with a mounting bracket and a cord I do not want or need. I was very disappointed with this entire experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our particular set-up was a bit challenging to get it to fit since the bracket was not centered to the tv. It took time to figure out how to get it centered in our feature wall with the tv niche being only 1" clearance on all sides. Otherwise, it works well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Would have given this a 5 star but be warned. Does not allow for TV to slide left or right on mount for wall centering. Due to the spacing on my wall studs I was unable to due so. Does have full motion like advertised tho.
