I received this as a gift a few weeks ago and only used the frother ~5 times before it completely stopped working. I had called and received a replacement milk frother all after. During the first use of the new frother, the milk boiled over, started smoking and burnt the bottom of the machine. I had only filled the milk to the minimum line. I’m now waiting on a technician to email me to see if I can get a new one… very disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am loving this milk frothier. I love that I can do hot or cold . It is super easy to clean. I just use a spring with a little dish soap and warm water after to rinse it out. It is quite while is my frothing the milk . I also like that I can use different types of milk in it . It takes about 2 minutes to froth the milk .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The frother was so easy to use right out of the box. There was no set up, I was able to wash and use. There is a button for hot or cold milk that way you can use it on iced coffee or hot coffee. It only takes about 2 mins and it’s done. Clean up is so easy also. It wash out and wipes down so easy. It is a wonderful addition to your coffee. I love it’s small size so it is really easy to keep next to my coffee maker without take up much room at all.

You simply set up the base, plug it in, pour in the milk and press the hot or cold button. It does the rest! When it’s done, it quits blinking and you pour the milk, scoop out the foam and boom, you’re done. Keurig does it again!

This frother is not worth the counter space. I follow the instructions exactly. It hardly froths the milk and the milk is only luke warm. It’s awkward in its design. To clean it you have to reach down in the cylinder to remove the spinner. It’s challenging to reconnect the spinner after cleaning it after each use because the cylinder is solid black and the little connection piece is on the bottom which can’t be seen. My previous Keurig frother model was far superior in its performance but stopped spinning after 6 months of use. Keurig replaced that unit with this one. Needless to say I’m quite disappointed and will likely toss this one in the garbage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this milk frother as I have a home coffee machine. I was disappointed in this one. On the con side, the milk scalded on the bottom on the warm setting. The machine isn't submersible to clean. The foam didn't seem to last long on the cold setting. On the pro side, it's portable and compact. It will probably be used for "special occasions" and not day to day coffee.

I love that i can froth milk even if its hot or cold and the froth comes out nice and thick and frothy just how i like it. This keurig milk frother is really easy to use and easy to clean. I like that it has the plate to put the frother on and it works and when done you take it off the plate and use it without having the cord in the way
