The Kingston IronKey™ D500S USB flash drive is an ultra-secure storage solution with 256-bit XTS-AES hardware encryption and FIPS 140-3 Level 3 certification (pending), ideal for government and military applications. Its rugged zinc housing is waterproof (IP67), shock, vibration and crush resistant. It offers advanced protection against BadUSB and Brute Force attacks, with a power-on self-test and automatic shutdown if it overheats. Its multi-password option allows access to data via an administrator, user or recovery password. The protection mode supports passphrases of 10 to 128 characters, with a preview option to prevent mistyped entries. With a hidden dual partition, the administrator can create invisible secure spaces to store sensitive files. A Crypto-Erase password can permanently erase data in the event of a threat. The key also offers two levels of read-only mode to prevent modifications on untrusted systems. Its unique serial number with barcode makes it easy to track and deploy.
