[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn’t going to love this warmer. I thought it was an expensive space holder. I was wrong. The warmer has kept food warm for a big dinner party, the slow cooker made an excellent beef stew and the proofer allowed me to create perfect dinner rolls from scratch. I can’t wait to try new dishes in it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced double oven using oven/microwave combo. Warming drawer filled gap in cut out. Had to install a shelf Over warming oven and order heat deflector before they would install oven. Shelf added Was not flush with face of cabinet which turns out to be ok as the heat deflector fills gap between so you can’t see any space. Love the look and happy with decision. Added pic of heat deflector.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Redid my whole kitchen in KitchenAid and my wife really wanted a warming drawer. Glad I let her talk me in to it. Doubles as a slow cooker, and great to stick take-out in until everyone gets home instead of getting cold. I overlooked it in the remodel but glad she didn't!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's handy because I can cook ahead, and not have to do everything at the last minute. It also is very attractive in out kitchen. I have used the warming and the slow cook function, I would suggest that the knob be on the outside rather than having to open the drawer, because the heat escapes when I adjust the knob. When using the slow cooker, I have to cover the pot with foil so I can't peek in without opening the drawer. I love the large size because it holds a lot. However, I love it and will continue to use it because it's very easy to use, and it does the job. I'm so happy we got it.

We built a new home and moved in during Feb 2019. We bought this warming drawer. It broke during January. The builder checked it out and found the warming drawer broke with no explanation. By the time the builder jumped through the hoops with the seller and KitchenAid, they told us we missed reporting under warranty by one day and refused to replace it. They told us we are responsible for replacing it. This despite that closing on the house was in Feb and every other company starts the warranty on the date of closing, not the date they picked up the part to install. Either way, to have an appliance this expensive that lasted less than a year is pathetic. Very disappointed in KitchenAid.

We all know that timing all the different dishes during dinner is difficult. This allows you to prep and keep warm until everything else is ready to serve. It also is spacious and can even fit a full size pizza box..

My previous review described a drawer being misaligned. As was its replacement. Kitchenaid, in their reply, suggested I contact them via Facebook or Twitter. Neither of which I have, subscribe to, participate in, or whatever the appropriate term is. I wonder is this is simply an automated reply as I see the same suggestion after other less than stellar reviews. An actual mailing address or even email address would be far more effective and would actually provide a method to contact them if I thought it would help. Or even better, contact me via email, as they require an address in order to leave a review. I’ve already described the issue in print once. They want me to do it again for no good reason I can see.
