What customers are saying

The product offers convenient dual oven functionality with even heating and quick preheating. Customers praise the versatile burner options and stylish, well-constructed design. However, some report the glass cooktop is difficult to keep clean and can show scratches, while others found the temperature controls and burner settings less intuitive than expected. A few experienced issues with chipping enamel or broken control knobs over time. Overall, the product is a high-quality, feature-rich appliance that most customers are very satisfied with despite a few minor drawbacks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super excited to have two ovens! I definitely need them love to bake, roast, broil and having to wait for a free range messes up your dinner, lol. So I am grateful I have two now.

    Garbage!

    Verified BuyerReviewed by - January 26, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would give this 0 stars if I could. Biggest piece of garbage and performs even worse than the Maytag I previously had. Whirlpool brands just cannot make a good range. First right out of the box it looks cheap. Second out the box the left large burner only works on triple at the highest heat setting. If you knock it to medium or low the burner shuts off. Chips of the blue enamel are constantly appearing and who knows if they end up in food. So dangerous! The oven cooks unevenly so I can never make dinner successfully. One half of the pan is always raw or undercooked. In addition it has ugly huge rubber gaskets on the oven doors. So much for a premium brand. KitchenAid is terrible and I would never recommend it. Lastly the stainless is terrible quality and impossible to keep clean. Look elsewhere for a better range.

check back of unit before buying!

1 month old. Had to have electrician in to move wall plug due to double oven. Stove back keeps stove from fitting with small amt. of distance from wall. This looks like a replacement stove not one for the space. Also watch fingers when pulling out top oven rack. Not enough room between rack and door. Sorry I got this stove. Hope my knobs don't break like other customer.

    Beautiful Oven

    Reviewed by - March 7, 2024

I bought this over a year ago. So beautiful. It does however show every bit of dust or dirt with the hood light on. I have a fireplace so it looks dusty a lot. I definitely would buy again though. It cooks amazing to. I don't own a microwave so this cooks everything I eat.

Enjoying my Kitchen Aid Double Oven In Coatesville

    Reviewed by - January 12, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this in early December 2024?and am loving it. The stove top gets hot very fast on high as it should, but appears to be off when on lower temps. I realized it’s not off. It’s still cooking, but the eye is not always on red. Also, you have be extra diligent to keep it clean because food does stick quickly and cake up on the stovetop. For these two reasons, I only give it four stars. We love the double oven, which worked extremely well when needing to cook on different temps for Xmas. I was able to fit 3 pies in the upper oven, while roasting veggies in the lower oven. We especially enjoy the convection feature for our crispy delights. In addition to its function, it’s a beautiful and aesthetically

Burners do not work well at all...read on.....

    Reviewed by - September 25, 2025

I purchased this Double Oven Electric range November 2024. The burners on the stove top do not heat evenly. If you can only control the heat by turning the dial until it slips into a notch(don't know how else to explain it), one notch up and the heat is too high, one notch down and the heat is basically off! cant cook anything on it. I really dislike the stove top. The double oven is nice, HOWEVER, there is heat transfer between the 2 ovens. While using the upper oven and you open the lower, you can feel the heat from the upper. I am glad I got this "on sale" because I am going to get rid of it. I bought it for the double oven and that the lower oven has a pull out shelf because the lower over is REALLY LOW and you really have to bend down low to insert and take out pans - HOWEVER the lower oven pull out shelf does not have a lip on it like the other oven racks. If you pull it out too fast, your pyrex will slide off the back and fall into the oven!! know how I know that? Yup, it happened to me. I expected more from KitchenAid. Very dissapointed

Love top oven use it daily!

    Reviewed by - February 6, 2018

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely the best appliance i have ever owned! Love the double oven! We entertain frequently & I am looking forward to our next party & the pleasure of cooking everything at once regardless of the different food & required temperatures. The exterior is beautiful, I like the brushed back splash & the ease of the controls safely situated in the back The interior is gorgeous, cleans up easily with self cleaning & the time options are so sensible. Unfortunately I have a galley kitchen & I cook everyday & the heat in the kitchen previously was terrible, but with my Kitchen Aid there is no excess heat & it's so quiet, just wonderful!

    Third time is a charm

    Reviewed by - May 21, 2021

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We remodeled our kitchen and got all whirlpool appliances. We got the whirlpool double oven and the racks were off by over a quarter inch. We had it replaced with another whirlpool and the racks were off even more in the second one. So finally we gave up on the whirlpool double oven and upgraded to a this kitchen aid. This convection double oven range is amazing. I have not really gotten to use all it has to offer but I did use the slow cook feature on some beef ribs the other day. They were the best ribs we have ever had! I can not wait to use the convection features and the dough proofing feature in the future. The racks are super heavy duty and I love the fact I can pull out the bottom rack to take out and put food in without leaning into the oven so much easier. The burners work great! Love the warmer burner and warmer oven feature too. Use it a lot. I am kind of bummed it does not have a steam clean feature like the whirlpool oven did but I will be extra careful to keep it as clean as possible without using the self clean. The kitchenAid arrived with a ton of fingerprints and smudges on it and the delivery guy told me about Sheila Shine stainless steel cleaner and conditioner. It works wonders and I even used it on my fingerprint proof dishwasher and fridge. The stuff is amazing. This cook top seems to be easier to clean than the whirlpool but it still needs extra maintenance so I purchased Bar Keepers Friend and it makes the top look brand new. So far I love this double oven and it is well worth the extra money!
