Super fun and easy!

So far my husband and I have used this twice. Ramen noodles (alkali) which yields a VERY firm dough, and regular pasta recipe for spaghetti. Both times the machine worked great for both the rolling and the cutting. The only tip I would advise is to ensure the dough is well floured before putting through the cutter or it can cause the noodles to not separate after being cut. Also use speed 2 or above. Overall best noodles I can remember eating for a long time and as mentioned in the title. Fun and easy to use. Build is solid and cleaning is easy with the brush IF you ensure that the dough is floured.

Italian Surpise

I have been making homemade pasta since I was 9 years old. I found this extremely easy to use. I have suffered a shoulder injury that has made it difficult for me to continue the tradition with my daughters. I very easily taught my 12 year how to make the pasta!
